Wonderful hotel in the heart of Pingyao. All main attractions are in walking distance. Very friendly and helpful staff. The rooms are very big and comfortable.

Lovely modern hotel with many western amenities. They went to extreme lengths to accommodate us and speak English. We’re quite brave with eating when travelling but we still found the menu limited for a western taste.
10/10 location for exploring the small town

+ It is a new and beautiful place to stay.
+ Very kind, friendly and polite staff.
+ Spacious bathroom.
+ When leaving early the taxi driver can pick you up in front of the hotel.
Cons
— The hotel is too expensive.
— Not a smoke free hotel. There was even smoke inside the lobby and the second night it was all over our room too (airconditioning?).
— The first night we tried the dinner, but it was not good. They have photos of the food, but it doesn’t match with what you get. We ordered salmon sushi and got FROZEN sushi instead which was obviously not eatable.
— When we asked for a tea on the terrace we were charged 48 Yuan per person which is way too expensive.
— The bedroom is a bit too small and has the same size as the bathroom.

Excellent hotel right in the middle of the old town. Graciously combine old building architecture with luxurious modern amenities. Highly recommended when staying in PingYao

This is a very beautiful and luxurious hotel in a fantastic location with wonderful service. Extremely attentive, kind and helpful. We loved our stay there and would highly recommend it.

The hotel is located in the Pingyao Ancient City Scenic Area, with a superior geographical location, close to the scenic area, and there are free shuttle buses to the scenic area, which is very convenient and the service attitude is very good 👍Although there are not many varieties of breakfast, they are very sincere.
