Call before check-in and want to store your luggage first
The landlady agreed readily and was very enthusiastic about telling me the location of the parking lot.
I also turned on the air conditioner in the room in advance, which was really considerate.
There are plenty of mineral water, coffee powder, tea bags, etc.

The air conditioning is powerful enough. There are paintings and a mushroom dining table on the balcony wall, but the area is small and the view is average.
