High CP value, not far from Kenting Main Street
The room is clean and tidy but the sound insulation effect is not good
The air conditioner is cool and the refrigerator is large with a freezer compartment for ice cubes.
There is a hot and cold water heater in the lobby, which is very convenient for filling water.

Most of the time when I come to Kenting, I stay here. I really like the location and quiet environment. The housekeeper is very nice and kind. The bath water is very strong and hot, the air conditioner is very cold, and the parking lot is large. It was a pity this time that I found that the air-conditioning outlet was not clean and there were some hairs on the sheets, but these can be improved and I will stay here next time if I have the chance.

The price is very cheap, but the soundproofing is really bad. I stayed for two days and it was fine on the first day. But for some reason on the second day, there was the sound of moving furniture even in the early hours of the morning. It was difficult to sleep all night. The owner should add more Note that furniture cannot be moved after 10 p.m. as this may improve the noise problem.
