This experience really touched me... Before checking in, the service staff thoughtfully asked me if I wanted to prepare a bathing chair for the elderly. I thought about it and asked the hotel staff to prepare it for me! This was indeed a wise decision, allowing me to give my 90-year-old mother-in-law a bath... I am also very grateful to the hotel for providing such a service!
There were not many guests staying in the hotel, and the hotel deliberately kept some distance between us and other guests so that we would not disturb each other at all... It was really a pleasure to be able to comfortably overlook the sea on the balcony, drink tea and eat snacks with my family! At 8:30 p.m., the hotel provides happy hour service for all guests. We can listen to the wonderful live singing and share cocktails or other drinks with everyone, which adds extra points to our vacation!
I am very happy that we were able to successfully stay at Kenting H Hotel this time. My husband said that this is a hotel that focuses on the guests' experience, which gave us a wonderful accommodation experience on this trip.
