Environment: It's great. I should say it's great. You can see the sea from the hotel and it's very quiet and comfortable😌 Recommended
I just want to make some suggestions. You can set up some places where you can relax, drink coffee, drink tea, and drink wine.
If possible, the restaurant could be a little richer.
Service: The service staff are very enthusiastic and have a very good attitude. For example, in terms of hygiene, overall it would be better if the uniform training and clothing were unified.

DDaniel RodThe hotel is located fairly centrally in the island of Pingtan in a small village. Its exterior is nicely decorated with lights, and if you arrive late at night like we did, you’ll thank for that, as it shines like a beacon in a otherwise not very well lit street.
The service shone from the beginning. One of the staff was ready to help us with our luggage and show us in, and there was no delay with the registration of my passport (something that as any foreigner that has travelled in the Chinese Mainland will be able to tell, is not something to take for granted), and was immediately added to WeChat, where through the entire trip I was kept updated on everything relevant to us as guests, from the time breakfast was ready, to the fact that a guest with a dog was going to stay in a room next to ours (to which they offered to change if we needed in case any of us was scared or allergic to dogs). Breakfast was always kept warm for us, even when we were coming down late and were not expecting it to be there, and in general the staff’s attitude was always what you would expect in a bigger, more established (and more expensive) hotel, but with a home-stay twist.
The hotel is not very close to any scenic spot or touristic destination, but they offer a service of e-bike rental that we used through the trip, and that we’d recommend to anybody is staying here as it took transportation off the list of things we had to think about, and allowed us to fully take advantage of the central location of the inn. With 2 people per bike, going very far North, or South to the city (sometimes both in one trip), we never ran too close to empty our batteries.
The room was clean, big enough, and as we were staying on the last floor and our door opened to a patio, very well ventilated. The patio also proved to be a nice place to sit and chill or eat, and I was able to make work I had to finish feel less of a sore in the middle of my holidays. The only things I’d add or change to the room experience are a place to hang clothes (there wasn’t any closet or the sort), the toilet paper (they offered tissues but they don’t feel the same when you want to, you know, keep your hands clean), and real towels (they offer disposable towels, but they’re just not the same).
In conclusion, not only I would come back but I most certainly will, as I had an amazing trip and this inn played no small part in it. Would 100% recommend if you like less noisy, more home stay-ey atmosphere, and don’t mind to be a few minutes drive from the city.

The service is very considerate and enthusiastic, and we also recommended guides. The recommended chartered driver Brother Lin is also very good, a warm-hearted good man, who took us to chase tears in the middle of the night. I will look for Brother Lin in the future. We have become good friends
The hotel and the chartered driver brother added unexpected surprises to this island trip, all five points praise!

EExpatI reserved this place because of the ratings. It’s unfortunate that the village was mostly closed. At night, some shops in the village do open. Its based on the epidemic. It’s easier to arrange getting to the hotel through the hotel driver, but you can walk under the parking garage to go to the exit of the village and get a taxi to go anywhere on the island. There are some things on the island which were restricted due to epidemic measures. My favorites were Dream FairyLand and the Tannan Beach. There’s still a lot to do within a reasonable distance. I was able to connect with the hotel manager for communication purposes since I am foreign. A couple of immediate things came up, and the hotel helped a bunch, promptly. Great place.

GGuest UserA very beautiful B&B, very close to the beach. I was lucky enough to catch Blue Tears just after arriving at night. The owner's information is very reliable. I just stayed there quietly during the day, watching the sea and drinking coffee. It was so comfortable. Escape from the hustle and bustle of the city! The room is nothing to say, as shown in the picture. It smells delicious as soon as you enter the door. The boss was very nice and upgraded us to a suite with a better view and was very quiet. Luggage was also helped. As soon as you walk out of the B&B, you will see the quaint scenery. I borrowed the shovel and bucket, the tools for fishing, from the boss. The free breakfast was delicious. When checking out, since the car was not leaving until 1 o'clock, I tried to ask the boss if I could leave a little later, and he agreed. Thank you for everything here, it's enthusiastic and warm, and the children didn't want to leave, haha, I must come again next time! !! It was cloudy today. I got up but didn’t get to see the sunrise, which is a bit of a pity. I’ll make it up next time, haha!

GGuest UserThe B&B is on the mountainside. I got to experience a stone house and was especially glad to stay here, so I didn't have to run around to see the Blue Tears. The Blue Tears was on a beach 500 meters away from the B&B. It rained on the night we checked in. I was afraid it would be noisy, but it wasn't. I slept very comfortably. However, there are more mosquitoes on the mountain. If you are going to climb the mountain, I suggest that friends who come later bring their own mosquito repellent (there are no mosquitoes in the room). The scenery here is beautiful, not many people, and it is very comfortable to walk around. The weather was not good when we came, and it is not difficult to imagine how beautiful it will be when the weather is sunny!

From the moment we entered the hotel lobby, we were impressed by the warm and luxurious atmosphere. The staff was extremely friendly and check-in was quick and efficient. Our room was spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated. The bed was incredibly comfortable, providing us with a great night’s sleep. The hotel is conveniently located with many restaurants and shops nearby, making it easy to explore the area. We also really appreciated the thoughtful little details that made our stay even more special. Overall, this stay exceeded our expectations, and we highly recommend ZhongYuan Hotel. Definitely a five-star experience

GGuest UserThe room is clean and large, the children like it very much, too sun or rain can play in the room for a while. The homestay is not far from the sea. It is a sea area that is not developed. It is very clean. On the first day of check-in, I caught a fish and some crabs by the seaside. There are fireflies nearby at night. It is also very convenient to chase tears. The village next to the homestay often has blue tears. Very close to Xianrenjing, get up at 7:30, have breakfast, there are not many people in the scenic spot, you can take the scenery you want.
It is worth mentioning that the boss is super good, and you will be answered by eating and playing, and there are cute big cats. There is a big mulberry tree next to the homestay, it seems to be a neighbor's house, now there are many mulberry, you can eat.

The rooms are relatively large and have kitchens... This time I booked and was upgraded to an executive suite for free... It's really great! It's perfect... There is a washing machine in the room, so I don't have to go to the 3A shared laundry room, which is really convenient... It also has a large living room... It's very suitable for sitting and watching TV and taking a rest

AAnonymous UserThe room is exactly the same as the photo, big and clean. The owner has done a lot of work on the sanitation of the homestay. We stayed for three days and didn't want to leave at all. There is a seafood restaurant and barbecue in the big yard of the homestay, which is very convenient for eating. The most worth mentioning is that the owner and staff are warm and hospitable. If there are any questions or needs, the owner will help immediately. We rented an electric car at the homestay, and it was very cool to drive out at night.
The location of the homestay is particularly good. There is a beach outside, very clean, sitting in the room and opening the curtains to look directly at the sea, it's amazing!
