星級酒店硬件軟件相對不錯，前台也很熱情，管家小雷主動升級房型，之後還發了平潭攻略。整體滿意。具體説説細節： 酒店位置，按常識在火車站旁邊應該都是熱鬧的，但是平潭除外，平潭火車站反而周邊荒涼代開發，好在平潭不大，開車還是很方便的。 酒店空調：現在温度起伏極大，我們去福州，酒店都有冷空調， 但是平潭20度以上其實體感潮濕，沒有冷空調一夜睡不好，小朋友尤其怕熱，晚上羽絨被沒法蓋，直接用被單，但是很不舒服。建議酒店還是提前打開冷空調，影響睡眠是住店大忌。 早餐，人不多，整體不錯，都能及時補上，麪檔很贊，有當地特色。

非常棒的一次入住體驗，前台工作人員小鄭熱情專業，快速辦理入住，還主動升級了行政房型，後來酒店又升級到套房，無論是硬件設施還是服務質量都超出預期，細節做得很好，客房服務響應迅速；早餐在頂樓，視野開闊，可以俯瞰平潭島，儘管本次行程天氣降温，影響了出行，但是待在酒店也很舒服，不一樣的旅行體驗也很棒，很少寫長評，但這家酒店值得！！！

第一次來平潭，當時天氣有點冷了。通過攜程找到了這家酒店，酒店規模很大，連帶會議中心。當時酒店正門口在改造，路邊有很多圍擋。平潭，一個小眾的旅遊城市，海岸的沙灘不錯，好玩的景點兒也很多，值得來。
