前台小姐姐的服務是真的很不錯，熱心幫我們解讀不懂的事情。房間的話也還可以，設施設備也挺新的，衞生也還好沒有發現有什麼臟的地方。窗外景色也很好，整體入住下來還是滿意的。

地理位置確實沒話説，到龍王頭沙灘很近，酒店後面的阿醉電動車行租了車，滿足了出行。但是不得不説這個酒店的服務人員真的沒有温度和做服務的態度。

這次家人朋友一起來平潭玩，我定了房間前台工作人員很好，你們人美心善幫我都升級了，房間裏面都可以看得到大海，住得很開心，玩得也很開心，酒店自助洗衣機也很方便，希望下次有機會再來平潭玩再住星海酒店。

這次來平潭旅遊，入住的星海國際酒店，無論是服務、環境還是細節都讓人倍感驚喜。前台小哥很熱情，高效辦理入住，幫忙追藍眼淚，提供旅遊與美食攻略，房間舒適整潔，是去年新裝修的，住了三天，最後一天還幫忙升級了海景房，，地理位置很好，去海邊就200米這樣，非常方便，強烈推薦！！！
