店家服務還可以，院子裏也可以停車，房間裏能看到村外頭的海。就是衞生間空間有點侷促，而且毛玻璃（或者亞克力板）有點透，一家人住有點尷尬的，適合情侶。另外房間受空間限制，沒有桌子，行李不大好放。五一期間五百多的價格，在平潭當地民宿中也是相對划算。

民宿乾淨衞生，通風良好，附近的風景還不錯。老闆人很好對他們提出的問題基本上都可以得到解答，淡季的時候也很適合來旅遊，自己家的房子房價性價比很高，值得推薦！

這是個家庭式的民宿，店家自己蓋的小樓，我們住在五樓，旁邊有個小露台，晚上海風陣陣乘涼喝茶聊天的最佳場所，如果是三五好友非常適合。我們一家大小五人，兩張一米五的床剛好。有早餐稀飯油條雞蛋肉包吃的很豐盛。自己買的東西也可以借他們家的廚房使用。國慶這個價格可以接受，衞生很好，最主要開個2分鐘的車就可以到7號海灘看海抓螃蟹撈魚，超好玩。其實和1千多2千的相比就是裝修鄉土了點，電視小了點，少了點擺拍的裝修罷了，其他沒差的，視野很好。附近吃飯的店衹有一家，我們都是開十分鐘的車到城裡，也很方便。下次來還是會選擇這家的。

#好評#對隔音，床品舒適度，安全性，交通方便程度，房內採光，鄰近活動滿意；民宿整体环境不错，简单干净，老板一家人很亲切。在房间就能看到大海，晚上在院子的秋千上乘凉也很惬意，离海坛古城和海边都很近，交通也很便利。
