阿姨非常熱情，房間也很乾凈

設施：標間設施齊全，有獨立衞生間，入住早其他房間沒人的時候阿婆還提供洗衣機給我們使用。
衞生：衞生條件好，地板乾淨。
環境：公寓位於平潭縣城中心，往東走可以去龍王頭沙灘，去往北線南線都比較方便。
服務：阿婆服務態度好，體貼近人。

房間是在一個三房的大套房內，有陽台，非常適合帶孩子玩多天的人（衣服洗曬方便，客廳大孩子可以玩），房間不大但乾淨，房東很隨和，下次來平潭還選擇住這。
