致酒店老闆：早晨十一點續房，要求更換房間被前台婉拒。在已知有4間同級別客房大門敞開時，仍被告知同等客房已被熟客預訂。打開攜程和**，顯示還有3間同等房間未售出。再次詢問前台，仍然以熟客預訂被拒。於是一點鐘要求打掃房間，直至兩點半，才有阿姨敲門打掃。對於前台的一派謊言，我無心揭穿，思慮再三我決定給予真實差評，以示懲戒，希望今後能夠真誠待人！

對酒店服務不滿意，11點續住後停電，18：30分才來電，期間因為房間太熱去外面避暑。中間兩次返回都被告知無電狀態，我認為老闆至少應該給每位六點之前的住客一瓶飲料並道歉，而不是一句電路搶修就逃避責任！對此，我很不滿意，希望可以提升基本服務意識和本職責任！
