First impression, during checkin, the front desk informed us that the room we ordered was under construction. The employee wanted to offer us a different room. The clerk went to get the manager and the manager fixed the issue right way by giving us an upgrade. The house keeping service and customer service the rest of our stay was fantastic. However, the hotel restaurant experience was a complete nightmare. The boss at the restaurant was rude and had no customer service at all. The first morning, he said the only thing available for breakfast was noodle. I explained to him that I cannot have noodles because of my allergy. Could he please make a simple rice dish, he said no. I had to plead with him to make some food for us. He reluctantly went into the kitchen and what he made can only be described as slob for pigs.
