攜程訂單明確免收按金，前台居然還要收按金，溝通半天才沒收，退房居然還要查房，現在哪個酒店還查房呢？還沒到退房時間就把房間鎖了，害我們外出吃飯進不了門，這是洲際旗下的酒店嗎？？？第一次到平昌來這種體驗也是醉了！

最近來平昌出差頻率挺高，我是認為這家酒店是斷檔領先於這小縣城的其他酒店的。
設施：配套齊全，細節很經得起考究。
衞生：乾淨整潔。
環境：裝修比較上檔次，亭台水榭的設計挺有趣的
服務：服務是我最推薦的理由之一，全程微笑主動服務，小姐姐也挺漂亮哈哈哈。

必須是滿滿的贊，因為是中秋節還特意送了月餅，還有打開門的一剎那，閃閃發光的月亮，真的好驚喜！前台美女服務太好了。下次還來！

這是平昌最好的酒店了，裝修風格很有特色，重點是服務特別好、特別用心，辦理入住的時候告知提前開了空調，一進房間就感覺到涼爽，不要説有多舒服了。早餐也很不錯。希望繼續保持！
