We stay here every time we go to Pigeon Forge! The rooms have been updated recently and are really nice. Always a relaxing stay. You can’t beat a pool open 24 hours!

I booked room with pay at the hotel with breakfast ! First they took all money at the morning from card i didn’t wanna to use , then when we are arrived to hotel they get other credit card and use that for deposit , but anyway from my other card they took 10 dollars ! What management do their job like this ????? And about breakfast! Horrible ! You get the coupons for breakfast and you can’t take coffee and water ! one drink for the breakfast:coffee or water or juice ! All the days they confused our orders ! Service at the hotel one star!!!! Never seen that at Marriott hotels ! They even didn’t give water for the status like it usually do ! Because we booked through trip .com . But it is ok ! Other things are just disappointing! It was my birthday trip!

First we were placed in a handicap accessible room where the shower ran water out onto the bathroom floor. At 4am on a trip to the BR I stepped in cold water that ran near the toilet. The AC went off while we were out in the afternoon the facilities man told us it was motion detection. So I was concerned about getting hot during the night. The next day we were moved to a “river view” room where we had only a view of a large red roof.

The rooms are definitely not the best. Very depressing to be exact. Needs some updating and some life to the place. If I hadn’t already paid for 2 nights and it be non refundable I would’ve stayed our 2nd 2 nights at The Compass! The lazy river was nice. Updating would definitely help. Not much room in the rooms either. Not somewhere I plan on going back to.

Hotel was under construction so some entries were unavailable. I did much more walking than i should have. Outlets on the tables did not work. Im elderly so these things mattered much.thingsmade

The Hotel was as advertised. The staff were all very nice to myself and my family. The room, pools, facilities and other common areas were very clean. The hotel was right in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Great experience overall.

Best Hotel in PF!
Always so worth the money especially with the beautiful grounds and lazy river and clean, great smelling hotel! Won’t find a better or cleaner hotel in pigeon forge. Great space, hotel kept up great, love the 24 hr pools and lazy river, love Starbucks in the am, great quick food snack options too. Only thing is we were placed in a handicap room, no worries, but it didn’t have the sleeper sofa we reserved. We loved that the room was very large and a quiet corner room so all was good. Husband has back issues so the sleeper sofa is always helpful, thankfully the hot tub really helps his back too. Will always keep staying here! Best hotel in PF!
