Our family just had a wonderful experience at Sleep Inn in Pigeon Forge. We stayed in a suite with 2 queen beds and a pull out couch sleeper. The setup was two rooms with separate thermostats for comfort. The service provided by the friendly staff was amazing. The breakfast was delicious. The atmosphere was very pleasant. We very much appreciated no dogs and no smoking. I would choose this hotel again. The beds were very comfortable. Everything was clean. We always do a search for bed bugs. No bed bugs!

Great stay! This weekend stay was much better than I expected despite some of the reviews. The hotel looks newly renovated and very clean. Sterling, Tiffany, and Jaime at the front desk were amazing, friendly, helpful, and quick to assist. Breakfast was better than expected (smothered pork loin was a nice surprise!). The pool and hot tub could use some TLC, The price was very reasonable for a downtown location. but overall I’d definitely stay again. Tip: if your water seems cold, try reversing the handle, our room’s hot and cold were swapped.

This was a great place to stay. Staff was so great. Very pet friendly. They have an outdoor pool and hot tub. The hot tub wasn’t working very well. It is close to all the stores and restaurants. But over all I recommend this hotel.

If you’ve never stayed here your missing out on a great place they have the best staff I’ve ever seen I was on motorcycle an they offered me to part under the owning.the whole place is super clean an nice place that’s close to everything but just far enough away it’s quite

The room smelled bad.
There were ants everywhere to where we couldn't even keep food in the room because they were in everything. They were also in our personal belongings and on the couches. So we just ate out everyday and put the trash out in hallway
