Hilton Garden Inn Pigeon Forge

Overall good stay. Hotel was clean, the staff at the kitchen was very friendly, as was housekeeping, front desk not so much. We took full advantage of the pool and hot tub every evening during our stay, kids loved sitting in hot tub during the snow flurries. Hotel was convenient to restaurants and everything we wanted to visit in the area, and easy to get in and out of as it is on a less busy street. Would definitely stay here again.

I was at this hotel 2 years ago and gave it five stars. This time, I would love to give it zero. First issue, the pillows were awful, they lacked any fill. Even using two, your head just sank to the bottom. The bed was squeaky and soft. As a senior, the commode was the lowest I have ever seen in a hotel. We ate breakfast in the hotel the next morning and as a former Diamond member I had many breakfasts at Hilton Garden Inn’s. This was just terrible. I found no eggs in the bin, so the chef made me some scrambled eggs that had an off taste. No bacon, just over cooked sausages. The grits were instant and watery. The bagel was still frozen and difficult to cut. My wife said the pancakes were very tough, more so than usual. Needless to say, we ate breakfast the second day at one of the many restaurants in the area. Even with my $20 credit as a Gold member it was not worth it. Lastly, one elevator was out of service so waiting for the elevator was long. When I went to check out there was no one at the front desk. There was a pail to put your keys, and I checked out using my app. I wanted to express my disappointment at check out.

I’ve stayed at this hotel multiple times and never had an issue until this last time. Loud drunk people outside our window at the fire pit at midnight were ruining our sleep. Called the front desk and was told they’d handle it then waited about an hour to give them time and they still didn’t fix it. Called front desk again to complain, tried to switch rooms and they said they had none available and they said they we’re trying to get the people to be quiet. You don’t try, you tell the people to come inside or you throw them out!!! They did nothing after about 30 more minutes and called front desk again to no answer. Tried them again a few minutes later and still wouldn’t answer. They just started ignoring me. Decided to just call the cops and they had to come out to get it stopped. This hotel has lost my business forever. They didn’t care and disrespected me as a customer. There was no way other guests weren’t hearing these people and complaining. Called Hilton to try to get some kind of compensation as me and my wife were lucky to get 2 hours sleep due to this fiasco and the hotel manager never called to try any resolution. Absolutely disgraceful!

Terrible service, dirty rooms, poorly run, asked me to clean my own room. Stay away from this one when in Pigeon Forge. Manager refused to assist.

Front desk is not friendly. No one smiles or greets you. No one says sorry if you have a problem or says thank you. No people skills. Our bed was broken and we had loud neighbors. We switched rooms the next day but were given a room with a view of a brick wall and the toilet would not shut off. The shampoo containers were empty. They don’t clean the rooms everyday. and we ran out of towels. The back entry and elevator floors were constantly wet from pool traffic. A fall risk. The pool was dirty and needed umbrellas. We thought the Hilton would be real nice but we won’t stay here again

We went for the long weekend.. everyone was very nice and professional. Our room was a balcony with fireplace..which was nice since the weather was cool in the evenings. We spent time in the restaurant/bar area and highly recommend relaxing down there after a day of adventures. Nancy took really good care of us and everyone else. We had breakfast there 2 mornings, made to order.. omelets were really good. Breakfast is extra unless you get the breakfast with the room pkg, which we had. Everything is clean and inviting and they have a nice firepit outside the lobby with seating to enjoy... Would definitely go back again.. it's off the Parkway which was really nice, so we didn't have to get in all the traffic on the main road. Huge plus.
