The place Needs some work. Dead battery in remote. Towel rack hanging off wall. Rust on bottom of inside door. Dried debris on the bedside desk. Bathroom mold around baseboards

Terrible service, dirty rooms, poorly run, asked me to clean my own room. Stay away from this one when in Pigeon Forge. Manager refused to assist.

Friendly staff Clean rooms Great location close to The Island Wonderful outdoor pool. Quiet. Did not hear a peep from other visitors. Beds were comfortable and clean. I will definitely stay here again when visiting Pigeon Forge. Thank you for a great stay!!!

Front desk is not friendly. No one smiles or greets you. No one says sorry if you have a problem or says thank you. No people skills. Our bed was broken and we had loud neighbors. We switched rooms the next day but were given a room with a view of a brick wall and the toilet would not shut off. The shampoo containers were empty. They don’t clean the rooms everyday. and we ran out of towels. The back entry and elevator floors were constantly wet from pool traffic. A fall risk. The pool was dirty and needed umbrellas. We thought the Hilton would be real nice but we won’t stay here again

The room was not ready for another hour when we got there. Front desk promised a credit that was never applied.

Nice hotel, friendly staff. It was reunion time with my brothers and sister. The four of us had our own rooms. My sister reported she found a hair in her unused bed, food left in the fridge. One of my brothers toilet didn't work, they were moved to another room. Our trash wasn't emptied.
The cleaning appears to be sub-par for the rooms. The rest of the hotel appeared ok. Although, I did see a man in the kitchen area behind the food, a worker? I don't know, he had a very long beard and no hair net on. I'd like to see the food servers using hair nets.
Hopefully the Hilton Gardens in Pigeon Forge won't get offended when reading this but will use the as critique to be a better hotel.
The property is nice, the lobby was nice, the front desk people were nice. There are just a few things that could be tightened up to make this an even better hotel experience.

Our rooms were great and so was the location. We had no issues except the entire fourth floor smelled like **** that evening. No other complaints; it was a good stay.

Wanted to enjoy on Friday afternoon, relaxing by the pool. It was like a neighborhood block party. People who didn’t even stay there was at the pool. Large speakers brought in, music extremely loud. Big glass containers with drinks, as well as food. Pool was more than likely over capacity. All of that was a violation of pool rules. Complained to the manager, he refused to do anything. I was not the only one who had complained. Others would like to have enjoyed their vacation by the pool, with out the block party.
