Nous avons séjourné 3 nuits début juillet 2025 au LeConte Hotel à Pigeon Forge, et c’était un excellent choix pour découvrir les Great Smoky Mountains ! Notre chambre double avec deux lits queen était immense, très propre et parfaitement équipée, avec un coin cuisine pratique, TV, Wi-Fi, machine à café, frigo et congélateur. Tout était pensé pour un séjour confortable, que ce soit en couple, en famille ou entre amis. Le personnel a été très accueillant et attentionné, toujours disponible pour répondre à nos questions. L’hôtel est plutôt bien situé pour explorer le parc national des Great Smoky Mountains, tout en étant proche des commodités de Pigeon Forge. Un bon équilibre entre nature et services. Parmi les équipements : parking gratuit, machine à glace, salle de sport, piscine extérieure avec une rivière artificielle très sympa, et petit déjeuner inclus, copieux et varié. Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable et recommandons vivement le LeConte Hotel à ceux qui cherchent un bon rapport qualité-prix et du confort pour explorer cette magnifique région !

The room is spacious with a kitchen, counter with two chairs, loveseat that pulls out to be a bed, 2 beds with 4 pillows on each bed, and a balcony with two chairs. Bathroom is on the smaller size, but doable. Room was clean on arrival. Coffee pot in kitchen worked well, there is also a two burner stove top, microwave and full size refrigerator. Breakfast area can get busy, but was good. Breakfast was waffles, eggs, bacon or sausage, biscuits and gravy, oatmeal, cereal, and fruit. Nothing fancy, but it was hot and good. Outdoor pool was nice during the heat of the day, lazy river was warm and felt great after spending the day hiking, hot tub was so warm to relax the muscles. Indoor pool was smaller. Plenty of towels and seating in the pool area.

Spent 5 nights at LeConte Hotel and Convention Center, 6/1/25-6/6/25. We chose again because the last time we stayed it was very peaceful and for the most part quiet. Rooms are still nice, but are starting to show their age, could use a little TLC both inside the room and outside on the balcony. When we checked it was given a creek side balcony but informed the young lady at the counter, we requested a pool view room. Should have stayed with first room. There was a Police conference going on and they all must have brought their extended families. Both pools and the lazy river were over run with kids and parents screaming and yelling all day and night long. Now don’t get me wrong , I’m all for having a good time , but when it’s 9:45 at night and the pool doesn’t close until 10. Have a little common courtesy, when the screaming and yelling drowns out the tv inside your room, it’s pretty bad. Breakfast has gone way down hill, only a couple of items, eggs bacon and a muffin for your choice. And house keeping needs a refresher on how to make a bed and sweep the floor. Over all still had a nice stay, we’ll try somewhere different in the fall. But if we go back to Le Conte, it will be a different time of year.

Very Nice Stay! We took a chance and booked this hotel because it was very reaso able on *******. We were pleasantly surprised! It is very clean, quiet and comfortable. Breakfast was good, serving great biscuits and gravy! We will definitely be back!

The property was clean and maintained well. Cons: room we stayed in was dark and dated. Breakfast was pretty much normal hotel breakfast, but the staff refilled as needed.

Great price. Simple stay
The stay was pretty nice. Only a couple downsides but nothing critical. There was only one, really slow, working elevator. Breakfast was simple but it's included at least. They did a great job at cleaning our room. The host greeted us well and told us everything we needed to know. My kids loved the inside and outside pool, and hot tubs. The lazy river was small but it was just surprising they had one. It's a great place with great pricing

My original reservation was not with LeConte Hotel & Convention Center. I had issues accessing my original rental so I had to get a hotel last minute, late at night. Made the reservation online, showed up to the hotel minutes later. LeConte Hotel & Convention had my reservation, room was ready with amenities I needed. The front desk receptionist was amazing! Seriously, I really appreciated her customer service.
