River Place Inn

Absolutely Loved this place, the associates were very friendly. Our room was very clean and had everything we needed, and it was in a perfect spot to where we were wanting to be. I am going to always be staying here when i come to tennesee

We stayed here a couple nights and it was OK. It was clean and all but the room we was in needed the doors fixed. It's under new management and the girl said they was in the process of remodeling. They are very friendly people. The cell phone and wifi connection on the back building is a little weak.

We arrived to go in room # 1. It reeked of drugs(marijuanna ). We ask to be moved 2nd. Room. Commode broke, tv non-functioning, air-conditioning Non-functional. Room filthiest I have ever seen. Don’t go. Ask for refund. We got a partial. Don’t use third party to book.

Bath tub high to get in, Shower head pipe loose in wall. Pay for ice machine, but took our quarters. No lights between beds, couldn’t read in bed. No Guide on the tv to tell channels or what’s coming on. Wouldn’t stay here again.

This room was absolutely disquisting! There were bed bugs, stains on the sheets, hole in the bathroom, grungy, bathroom door handle busted, curtains were dirty. 100% DO NOT RECOMMEND STAYING HERE. We walked in and walked right back out. They also did not give us a refund, horrible people to work with. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL

River Place Inn accommodated us with a beautiful cabin situated over looking the river with geese we were able to feed in the yard and a hot tub on back porch we enjoyed and a large king size bed we will definitely be visiting again! Also the cabin was very clean and had everything we needed and the staff was helpful. Would recommend it to everyone.

We have our choice of hotels we stay at when we go to Pigeon Forge. This is not our top pick but we do stay here sometimes because it's reasonable when it comes to the prices especially if were just passing through. But this time was a disappointment. We usually get the second floor on the river and it's always been ok but this time we got the first floor and it wasn't that good. About the only thing we liked about it was the bed. When we walked in the room it had a slight smell to it but it wasn't overwhelming. The TV was small but worked ok. The main door didn't seal good at all. And the shower was awful. The water had low pressure and there was a ceiling til missing above the tub. The geese was just outside our back door and was really noisy that morning. We enjoy the geese when we're on the second floor because it's not that loud. When we go back we'll try our best to get another hotel around our price range and if we can't then we'll try this one again but it'll have to be on the second floor or we won't do it.

Booked on *******. ******* listed it as no cc needed. It was reasonable so I booked even thought to pay later was more expensive but I was sharing a room with my friend and we were splitting cost. I received a call after I booked, saying I had to pay right then from the hotel. Why did I pay more to pay when I arrived. When we arrived, no one was in the office to get us into the room. We finally got a room after waiting 20 mins and calling every number we could find. Then the arguing all night and threats scared the living daylights out of me. Never again.
