We had an amazing time! The room was clean, the beds were sooo comfortable, and the staff was very friendly! Pool and gym were very nice! And it’s located right in the middle of everything!

Staff was very nice. Room was clean and had just enough furniture and the bed was very comfortable . Hotel was within walking distance of several restaurants and other things to do.

Clean room, comfortable bed. Service was outstanding! 24 hr pool was a bonus. Quiet location, but close to everything. Will stay again.

This hotel had everything we could possibly want for a family trip! The rooms were super spacious, super clean, and the AC was perfect—no complaints at all! They even brought up a cot for us and extra bedding, and they did it all with big smiles. The location was awesome right in the middle of everything we wanted to do and everywhere we needed to be. The indoor pool and hot tub were open 24/7 and heated, which was a huge plus. They even had pool towels ready to go. Breakfast was your typical hotel breakfast, but hey, that’s one less meal to buy! The staff were the absolute sweetest people. We’ll definitely be booking here again next time we’re in town!

Clean, comfortable. Staff is amazing. Wonderful location, will stay again . April is a great time to be in Pigeon Forge. Nice breakfast, thanks to everyone that works so hard to make this the best place to stay. With so many choices of places to stay, put this one at the top of your list

The staff at the front desk and housekeeping were very friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and updated, except the room. The room was clean but very dated and our sofa bed was broke so we had to put kids on the couch. The mattress on the sofa bed also felt like nothing but springs.
