We came to Pigeon Forge for a long weekend and this was the perfect location. We parked our vehicle and everything was in walking distance.

Great Hotel but parking an issue and seen over price. The staff was friendly and efficient. They need to add a great breakfast to help justify the price.

My daughter surprised me with a long birthday weekend, and it was amazing! It was very clean and the room with 2 queen beds had plenty of room in it. The shower was wonderful with the rainfall shower heads. Fins bar was great! The food there was great and the drinks were super tasty!

We have stayed at this resort many times, but this is the first year I have a bad experience. The hotel room great, view amazing as we had a fountain view room, every attendant was also amazing. Our problem lays with the pool bar. They allow Non guests up to swim and eat. This is our one amenity, and you have to share it with people that are not staying at the hotel. This wouldn't bother me, but the hotel charges a destination fee of 20$/day for what reason if we share the top amenities with non-quests. The bar and tables fill up with people they are allowing up and it really takes away from the hotel. I also find this scary as anyone can come up to the floors my family and I are staying. I really hope they think this over and change before next summer.

My family and I had a wonderful trip at the Margaritaville Island Hotel. We would definitely stay there again. The only complaint that I have is that the dinosaur theme that is directly beneath our room began to make noise at 9 AM which then woke up the entire room.
