Update on my review. I have reached out multiple times to speak to the manager or the owner. They are always conveniently not there. The only time I spoke to the owner was July 29th which was tuesday after our trip. The owner informed me to do whatever I needed to do but he will not under any circumstance return my money. I did call the health department and they went and inspected and they had 12 violations. All I wanted was my $437.94 returned. Corporate is not willing to help either. So beware it is not a good place to stay. Avoid it with all cost! Spend a little extra and stay somewhere nice!!!

This place is some bs.... Period.. they charged me 290 bucks for all the deposits on two rooms. 2 weeks after I checked out I was waiting for 200 to come back to me.. never did.. why?? Because my dogs slept in the bed. The front desk guy then proceeds to tell me that there is a sign in the lobby. Um negative... Had I been told this or read in the lobby or small print I wouldn't had bothered staying there. Matter of fact there's a long paragraph in the Google and it doesn't state that dogs aren't allowed on the furniture. So for over a week now I've been calling and asking to see pictures and evidence and they still haven't sent them. I call and ask for the owners name to be told to Google it or it's none of my concern ... If it's not in the advertisement or online when I'm booking the room then I should get my money back and then some. If y'all stayed here do remember a "sign" that posted this rule?

The Good: Location was perfect. Walking distance to several souvenir shops and to The Island. Room was decorated nicely and had an overall good look. Came with free pancakes at the restaurant next door or could upgrade to full buffet for $6 more; I'd stick with the pancakes . Bed and pillows were comfy. The Not So Good: They charge you a standard $100 damage fee, but you only get $95 back. They keep $5 for processing. Never had that before. If you do not turn in your room key, you will be charged $10 per key. I've never heard of this. When our kids were younger they kept the key as a souvenir. We spilled something on the floor and we obviously cleaned it up. The rag wash filthy from cleaning up a small spot. Overall, not a bad stay. We've definitely stayed in way worse and lived to tell about it.

Utter disappointment!!!! My experience with them was not good at all! After driving 10hrs we only stayed 5 hours. The room was nasty. The floor had sticky spots along with the fact your feet turned black just walking on it. The tile in the shower floor was peeling up and there was black mold in the bathroom and on the ceilings. We left because we had 4 small children with us and one had open heart surgery just last year. I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone. Spoke to the owner about a refund for the two nights we didn’t stay and he informed me he would not return our money and for me to do whatever I had to do but would not return our money! The girl when we checked out was more interested in her cellphone to even care about what was wrong. I won’t be staying there again and I will not suggest them to anyone. Stay at your own risk!!!!!

We stayed here as a last minute over night. It is an older hotel that has been re modeled on the interior so the room and linens were clean. I did not like the fact that upon checking in a $100 security deposit is added to your credit card AND they keep $5 of it and it takes 5 to 15 business days for the $95 is credited to the credit card. I dont mind putting up a security deposit as long as it gets credited back to my card on check out, but 5 to 15 days before it gets credited is not right. Why charge it if you have to credit it back anyhow, or is it just to get an additional $5.
