Wonderful hotel and very clean and the breakfast was very good

Good hotel. Very clean Good breakfast. Rooms very comfortable and clean no maid service unless you ask for it. Nice indoor and outdoor pool, hot tub fire pits elevators were fast plenty of parking. Close to several attractions and resturants within walking distance. Would go back again

Hotel was great. All the staff was friendly. Our room was quite large and clean. Had a pretty good view of the mountains in the distance from the balcony. Breakfast was good and refilled often. Favorite place was the firepit. It was so relaxing in the evening to sit by. All in all had an awesome stay.

We were displaced from our original accommodations. The manager (Vincent) was very helpful and kind! The entire staff was friendly. The room was clean, well-appointed, and COMFORTABLE. I would highly recommend this property and will stay again the next time we visit.

The hotel is very clean. The staff are friendly and inviting. The beds are comfortable and large bathroom. We had a balcony view that was nice to sit out on. Located middle of pigeon forge close to everything. They have parking area, swimming pools.

Our check in with Shashell was easy. The location is convenient and within walking distance of many attractions. The room smelled and was clean, and the bed was very comfortable. There were quite a few people coming and going at the hotel but it was very, very quiet. The breakfast buffet had decent scrambled eggs and sausage. We decided to stay one more night and Shashell made that happen easily. We enjoyed our vacation in the Smokeys!

This hotel was just adjacent to the Parkway in Pigeon Forge. The location gave quick access to all activities. The hotel was very clean and updated. The balconies were nice to sit out on. We had a view of the mountains off to the side. The beds were super comfy and there were plenty of pillows. The pool/hot tub area has pool towels (you might need two though). There is no lazy river at this hotel. Two hot tubs, one inside and one out. Larger pool inside with a small pool at the bottom of a small waterslide outside. There are plenty of nice chairs for seating outside. Hotel staff was excellent and quite helpful with any questions. Highly recommend! We will be back.

Very clean. Nice staff. Wasn’t anything we didn’t like. Definitely will go back. Grounds were clean. Amenities were nice. We stayed on the sixth floor. We didn’t eat the free breakfast as we were eager to get on the road, but looked like a good selection.

Stayed 2 nights and had great stay!!!! The lady at the front desk was nice, helped us get great deal !!! The room was modern and clean. Loved the balcony, overlooked parkway. Loved hot tubs and pools and fire pits and Workout room. Breakfast was good. And loved the free lemonade!!! Hopefully will get to come back.
