Very clean and well maintained. Large pools and clean. Breakfast was good and staffing is good. We have stayed here on three different occasions and it has been consistently clean and well maintained.

Clean hotel. Pillows could be better. Breakfast could be better. We have been staying here for the last three years. They serve the same breakfast foods year after year. They need to mix it up.

Very Clean. They provided complementary breakfast. Water slide and outside lazy river for the children. Good location. Close to downtown. Ease of access. Have stayed there before. Parking included with stay. Very friendly staff. Front desk very helpful and timely check in.

Outdated beyond belief which is fine I guess for the price, but we just checked in and my son just drowned within 2 minutes of being here. The pool has NO consistency. It goes from 9 to 3 to 4 feet unexpectedly. I wish we never booked here. I’m so upset and now my husband and I can’t relax because we have to watch where our children step because the pool changes and there’s no safe place for kids to swim. I promise as a mom, I have no clue what these other reviews are raving about, this place is not safe. Look elsewhere.

Never, ever again! Had to stay here three times now for work related conferences. Every year it has gotten progressively worse. Mold two years ago and now bed bugs. I did not realize it when we were there but those disgusting little things got brought back home when we left! Now we are having to foot a $2000+ exterminator bill for this trashy place! I don’t care if it’s all expenses paid, I’ll pay to stay somewhere else from now on!!!

WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. ROOM WAS CLEAN, POOL WAS GREAT AND BREAKFAST BAR WAS VERY GOOD SUPPRISE. EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. GREAT LOCATION TO EVERYTHING WE WANTED TO DO. KIDS HAD GOOD TIME AS WELL HAD PLENTY OF OTHER KIDS AT POOL. WE GOT TO ENJOY THE DECK AS WE LOVE TO BE OUT SIDE FOR COFFEE AND WATCH MOUNTAINS.

Check in was a breeze. Breakfast buffet was great. Bed slept good. Will be returning next year. Everyone at the Inn was very nice and accommodating. Parking was very convenient. Lobby area was welcoming and festively decorated and with free coffee.

I have stayed here several times and wanted a more unique experience. I was sent an email about special rates for special rooms, so I booked what I thought was a Deluxe Queen Suite but when I got there it was only a standard Queen room. When I asked about it, I was told the bed size is the same. No kidding?! Also, the cleaning crew was very noisy, and I even heard foul language being bantered back in forth. This didn't really bother me but is still not what I would expect to hear while staying there. The room was nice and was clean. Just very disappointed in the way everything turned out.
