Location: Many reviews mention a good location, being close to places like McDonald’s and the strip, easy to get to. Some also note it's far enough off the strip to be quiet but close enough to walk to the strip.

I should have listened to the other reviews, this place was awful. First let me start by saying that there appears to be a family living on the property , probably on the first floor that are the owners or managers. The room was filthy, I’ve included the pictures , we stayed in room 238, and after one night we left and asked for a refund for the remainder of the stay which they have not given, the desk clerk said the manager asked for my number, I told her the only reason he should be calling me is to issue a refund. The pictures speak for themselves , the hallways do smell, and does not appear to have A/C because the hallways are warm, they need to have the carpets professionally cleaned, wet stains in the ceiling, dust on toilet paper holder and fire sprinkler over the bed covered in dust, mold on ceiling of tub, outlet didn’t work, light bulb out, too many things to list and then they have the nerve to leave an envelope asking for tips in the room? Here is a tip, CLEAN the rooms properly!! I’m sure the manager will respond stating they will address the issues with their “team”, that’s bullcrap , the same complaints others have had on the reviews, it clearly shows they have not done anything about it . There are plenty of hotels in the area, this one ****** .

The beds were comfortable. The room was clean. The ice machine on our floor was out of order. The road noise was loud. Over all it was a good stay.
