Have stayed here multiple times. It has been renovated. The rooms are clean. Love the location on the water. One of my favorite things to do is sit on the balcony. So nice. The breakfast is excellent as well. Lots of choices. This is our first choice of places to stay in Pigeon Forge.

The housekeeping staff was very helpful. The room was clean and spacious.
We were in the building across the river. Member of party was not able to walk to breakfast area and the parking area was severely lacking enough spaces (not to mention hard to maneuver in). So we were never able to take advantage of the complimentary breakfast.
The parking area for the room itself was small. There were cars having to park wherever they could.
The kids really enjoyed the geese and ducks and other critters we saw in the area. By being on the first floor, we were able to enjoy the animals up close. And we enjoyed being next to the river. It was very peaceful.

The Creekstone Inn was a nice and relaxing place to stay. The room was spacious and very clean. All the staff was very friendly and helpful. There was breakfast every morning with eggs, sausage, potatoes, biscuits and gravy, pancakes, fruit, yogurt, cereal and ttoast. Overall, it was a very nice stay. I would stay there again.

We love Creekstone! Friendly staff, make you feel right at home! Rooms are super clean! We have been staying here for years, and visit rather often . 100% recommend!

We stayed in the older building. The building is in need of updating, the walls were dirty and the bathroom had water damage. The front door was stuck and I had to push hard to open it. The towels were like sand paper and the bathroom was dreary. The walk ways had stains and the metal parts were rusty, the elevator had missing parts and the lights were stained and low light. The curtains had holes that let the light in. The safe provided for your valuables was put on a garbage pail so some one could just walk off with the safe. I was a hotel major in college and SVP banker in my work life and would never stay again.

Great location! We really enjoyed the overlooking view of the creek from our balcony. Bed was comfy and the jacuzzi was extra nice!

Great stay clean beds were comfortable breakfast could be a bit better but was not bad got a great price for one night would recommend to stay again. We were put on the other side of creek so had to drive to breakfast would be nice to have a walkway across the creek

Our trip started out on a negative note. When we arrived they had recently coated the parking lot. As we walked to the office, there were electric cables across sidewalk so we stepped on driveway to get around cables. Driveway was dry enough to walk on, but blonde haired clerk decided she should should jump our ass about it. Then first night we discovered toilet was leaking. Went down early next morning to exchange rooms but was told none were available. I asked about the room next door that was vacant and soon after they gave me that room. Rest of trip went well. Rest of staff and housekeeping were friendly. Breakfast better than most. Bathroom is on the small side. Enjoyed the creek view from balcony. Not a bad room for the price.
