Besides the water park, there were other events and facilities for children to enjoy, so the whole family had a lot to enjoy even after they got out of the pool.
Although there was only a refrigerator in the room, there were vending machines and microwaves on each floor, so it was nice to be able to get a hot meal.

They are located in the heart of pigeon forge. Super close to everything! Walking distance to a lot! The rooms were good, we don’t spend much time in the room while on vacation. They are putting in a lot of work to make your experience even better in future visit! The staff was so nice and friendly. Over all we will be back can’t wait to see the improvements they are making!

The hotel is very nice! Good service room clean! The hotel is located in the center of Pigeon Forge, easy to get in and out of the Great Smoky Mountains! Hotel supporting facilities are complete! The experience is very good! Will go again!

Stay on site & never leave, especially with kiddos that love the water. The new indoor waterpark area is great! The restaurants are tasty & had all we needed.

The hotel was amazing, the staff was so nice and always made you feel welcome! We absolutely loved the indoor splash pad for our 1 year old! We will for sure be coming back soon!

Granny Clucker was delicious and JESSICA was AMAZING!!!! Even though it was busy, she made sure we stayed full with whatever we needed and was so sweet!
