Enjoyed the room. Resort could not find our reservation at first, so check-in took a long time. However, AC did not work the last night we were there.

Our family was supposed to stay here tonight and tomorrow night. When we got up this morning we realized the road that we travel on was blocked due to inclement weather. I called early this morning and the desk clerk let me talk to a manager. After explaining our situation, the manager said that she was sorry but we could take another route! We have never had a situation even close to this in Pigeon Forge and have always had good experiences everywhere that we have stayed. We were told our deposit would not be refunded even with the road we traveled on closed. Please be careful when booking here. Of course we will dispute the charges on our credit card but should not have to. Everywhere else that we had booked for this vacation was more than accommodating. Be careful especially when booking in the winter.

We have stayed here four times, but this will be our last. The rooms and furnishings look nice but are never cleaned. The beds seemed clean and were comfortable but the thick layer of dust goes to show that the cleaning crew only spot cleans the rooms. Check out was 10 am but they deactivated our key at 7 am that morning while we were trying to load our car. The elevators are shady and will drop while you are in them and also stall when opening. The kicker was that the pool ventilation system was broken and hanging dangerously over swimmers. The first night we swam I got a headache and didn't realize that the indoor pool ventilation wasn't working. This is extremely dangerous to let people swim in without ventilating the chemicals in the pool. The next day when we went to swim, I told my husband that I was getting a headache again. He looks up and sees the below picture. Swim at your own risk!

This review is for the Two Bedroom Penthouse, river view. We were charged an additional cleaning fee before we even walked in the door, the only explanation being they raised the rates since we booked. Five out of seven power outlets in the kitchen didn't work. The AC units are so weak they had to put several additional window units into the room to keep it under 80 degrees during the daytime. They don't enforce their non smoking policy at all, plenty of people smoking throughout the facility, in the halls and out at the lazy river area. The washing machine is covered in mold and smelled nasty. On the plus side the view from the room was amazing. The furniture both in the room and the on the deck were in excellent condition. The cleaning crew did a great job, the room was spotless when we arrived. The place itself is well located, being right on top of a bunch of attractions and many good restaurants. The lazy river is nice and well maintained, the indoor pool was OK, though they definitely needed to clean it more often throughout the day to keep the bugs out (they had windows and doors open for a nice breeze). Overall this place was not worth what I paid for it and I'm disappointed.

The group sales team day of event is phenomenal! Amy Johns was there for set up and to get the event started. April, now that lady is a Godsend. She was there for tech support and then was there through the end taking care of things throughout the event so that by the time the event was over, it was the easiest break down ever. I highly recommend dealing with these 2 individuals. So kind and willing to make sure that everything went off the way we envisioned. Kudos!

Be careful I was planning on going for a couple of days with my husband and we had to cancel and they kept all of our deposit money without a question, $355 dollars, the hotel has poor customer service and they don’t work with clients.

Beautiful well equipped room. Nice balcony. Tucked away off the main street. Only downfall is the pool area is very slippery. Textured tile flooring would be safer than the smooth finish tile.

It was a very nice resort. Close to everything but yet very quiet and relaxing after a long day of site seeing. Listening to the river from our balcony was a plus!
