Rude, no tv. Nobody could get work. Told us breakfast was 7:30 9:30. Went down there. The guy told us we don't have breakfast on Mondays. Not enough light in room. 1 overhead light. Asked for a lamp so we don't use the overhead light cause of our children sleeping. Couldn't get us a light.

This hotel is a dump, it's absolutely DISGUSTING. They claim they're in the middle of a renovation but that's BS, there was no work being done whatsoever, no work trucks, no evidence of any kind of remodel or renovation or anything. The whole place smells terrible, the rugs are absolutely filthy and covered in dirt and grime. The rooms are total shitholes that haven't been updated ever. The walls are crumbling, light fixtures are broken. The breakfast was a joke. This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at and they should tear it down immediately and start over. I felt dirty and gross just being inside this piece of crap hotel.

My husband was bitten by something during the night, so we are now going to have to take a trip to the ER because it is not getting any better.. Also, the pool area was closed but this was not advertised on the website.

For a hotel located in the midst of the city, that cost over 810 for 2 nights, I expected it to be at least CLEAN. Safe to say, that was clearly not the case. The hotel was filled with stains on the wall and floor. The room and hotel had a funky smell and looked like it hadn’t been cleaned since the 90s. Only one elevator worked in the entire hotel. The furniture in our room was so old it was broken and the fridge still had a goodwill sticker on it. We found poop and blood stains on the comforters. Roaches and bugs in the bathroom, ceiling, and even the fridge. We took our concerns to the front desk and they were EXTREMELY unbothered and unhelpful. It was clear that this was a regular occurrence and they weren’t going to do anything about. The hotel manager told us that he would send us points but couldn’t do it until he talked to the owner. Safe to say, that didn’t happen and they never responded to any of our calls when we tried to get in contact with them afterwards. I DO NOT recommend the park tower inn.

Great place. Very friendly staff, great breakfast and pool area is great. Carpet and other areas are worn out looking but they are in the process of renovating. We didn't have any issues at all. Convenient location to everything.

First, the positive... Front desk staff very nice and polite. The room was nasty. It's was in a state of disrepair, I would not take my shoes off, carpet seemed filthy. Room smelled weird. The noise all night was awful. The free breakfast area... Well edible is the best I can do there and the whole place was just not clean. This was a $30 hotel at best... Not $130. I feel like I need to be decontaminated. That's all.

Rooms were very dirty. The lack of maintenance is very visible. Housekeeping was very poor. Pool was very unkept in the pool area. Found old food in the refrigerator and the microwave was dirty. Carpets were not swept.

They are working on the place! You can really tell! It is starting to look really good. The breakfast could still use some work but it is just lack of cooking experience not effort as far as effort to making the whole experience better 5 stars compared to 3 years ago!
