Rude, no tv. Nobody could get work. Told us breakfast was 7:30 9:30. Went down there. The guy told us we don't have breakfast on Mondays. Not enough light in room. 1 overhead light. Asked for a lamp so we don't use the overhead light cause of our children sleeping. Couldn't get us a light.

This hotel is a dump, it's absolutely DISGUSTING. They claim they're in the middle of a renovation but that's BS, there was no work being done whatsoever, no work trucks, no evidence of any kind of remodel or renovation or anything. The whole place smells terrible, the rugs are absolutely filthy and covered in dirt and grime. The rooms are total shitholes that haven't been updated ever. The walls are crumbling, light fixtures are broken. The breakfast was a joke. This is one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed at and they should tear it down immediately and start over. I felt dirty and gross just being inside this piece of crap hotel.

My husband was bitten by something during the night, so we are now going to have to take a trip to the ER because it is not getting any better.. Also, the pool area was closed but this was not advertised on the website.

All staff members were nice, they was restaurants and entertainment, in walking distance, hotel is family friendly, great price! Swimming pools are clean and lots of fun’

The park Tower Inn at pigeon Forge was a very economically priced hotel. The air conditioning was ice cold. The beds were comfortable and the TV worked great all the amenities that you would find in a medium price hotel room including a wonderful breakfast each morning parking was free and ample, but the best part of this day was the lazy river. The kids enjoyed that immensely.

The first room had a broken toilet seat. When we asked for a different room, the staff was so awesome and upgraded us to a family room! The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was OK and saves money. The lazy river and hot tub are great. The pool was a little cold so we did not use it much. The hot tub jets did not work but it was still relaxing and warm. The pool area is open very late and nice to have available after being out all day.
