This was the 3rd time we've stayed here. We moved to Tennessee from Palm Springs, Ca. When we found out that this hotel was inspired by Palm Springs, we had to book it, we love this place, our stay was fantastic, food was wonderful, and the drinks were terrific. The only thing that would make it more amazing would be if it was an adult only destination.

We really enjoyed the retro look of the motel! The lobby and restaurant are amazing! Our room was very comfortable and I loved the bathroom and shower. We had our breakfast in the restaurant there and our server, Michele, was awesome. She was so very friendly and accommodating! We enjoyed our breakfast, which was so much better than the continental breakfasts you get at other hotels! We checked out the pool and surrounding pool deck. It was really cool! Loved the look. We hope to go back for a longer visit sometime.

Fun, well decorated hotel in the heart of pigeon forge. They did a great job updating this old motel into a retro hotel. Reminds me of the value Disney resorts. The best part of our stay was the staff, even at peak times they were friendly and patient. Particularly the male staff member (didn’t catch his name) working at the pool that let the kids warm up in the hot tub right at closing time and Laura at breakfast, who had a packed restaurant with many people waiting and still managed to stay calm and collected while taking care of us.

Second visit to Wayback. Our first visit was top notch but the second was disappointing. I'll start with the positives. The pool area was great and we enjoyed it. Loreli was wonderful. All the staff was accommodating and friendly. Now for the negatives. The bathroom was disgusting. Everything was dirty! Pink mold, smears on the walls and I'm not sure the floors had ever been cleaned. All the bottles in the shower were empty. We had dinner one night at Paloma and our bill was eighty dollars. My husband had a snapper taco and a small side of black beans. I had a piece of snapper (cooked nicely) with a few sauteed bell peppers. Too much for the small amount food we were served. I'm sad that it has gotten to this condition. Not living up to its potential.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was very nice and clean, and the pool was great too. It's close to many attractions and not far from Gatlinburg.

Great location on the Main Street in Pigeon Forge. Gloomy rooms due to poor lighting but otherwise well appointed bedrooms with good breakfast options. Small popular pool. Great place to watch the almighty Jeep Invasion cruise the *****.

We stayed for my wife’s 60th. What a joke. The “Presidential” suite is out the back side of the hotel with a great view of a parking lot and dumpsters. The staff takes smoke breaks out side the room so you come back to smoke. Water went out for a day. Hey, maybe let the people paying there know what’s going on before they realize they have no shower. Cable barely worked, had to have maintenance come, hate that. Don’t get fooled by nostalgia, this is motel 6 with less value.
