Embassy Suites by Hilton Pigeon Forge Resort

I stayed at this hotel about two weeks after it opened. Overall, we had a good experience, but there were a few areas that need improvement. Our room (200) was on the side facing the pool and closest to the ballpark. I was a little concerned about possible noise, but it was surprisingly quiet. The pool area was very nice — we enjoyed sitting out on the loungers and having a drink. Breakfast was just okay. They kept running out of food, and we had to ask for plates and silverware to be restocked. I think they’re still working out the kinks, so hopefully this improves as they settle in. The upstairs bar area is lovely, and we enjoyed a drink after dinner. Just a heads-up: they don’t accept cash — only credit cards or room charges. Check-in was smooth, though I did have to ask for the complimentary water and snack that were supposed to be included. Unfortunately, the reason I can’t give five stars is the way a lost item was handled. I accidentally left an expensive pair of size 8 women’s shoes in the room. When I called, I was told nothing had been turned in by housekeeping. I was also told that the hotel doesn’t ship lost items, so I wasn’t sure how I’d get them even if they were found. I called again the next day, but still nothing had been turned in. This was disappointing — these weren’t small or easily missed items, and I expected better follow-up. All in all, it’s a nice property with a lot of potential, but there’s room for improvement, especially in guest service and attention to detail.

Exceptional customer service. Kartik is delightful! We are diamond members, like many other credit card holders, and get to experience a lot of Hilton properties every year. This hotel is absolutely exceptional. Sure, they have a new product and that helps, but they completely back it up with the most authentic, flexible customer friendly service. I would like to commend leadership for an above and beyond experience with Kartik, he truly made us loyal customers for the years to come. This is our new favorite vacationing spot for our friends and family. He was most helpful, and welcoming, ensuring our billing needs were taken care of ahead of time. We appreciate the VIP treatment and the care he demonstrated.

Really enjoyed our stay. Great staff, new facility and large rooms. 7th floor bar / lounge is a great place to wind down in the evenings with pool, foosball and golf simulator. Will be staying here the next time we come to the area. Great job David and Paulina.

From beginning to end, STUNNING! The lobby, the pool, the rooftop area (LOVED IT!), the artwork on the walls, the furniture, and the view was BREATHTAKING! Even down to the faucet fixtures in the public bathrooms, which was a hit with the kids haha, very high tech! And the staff…I give them all a 10! Everyone was so kind and helpful, the front desk staff, the bar staff and David Rose the front end manager and the AGM TJ were both amazing and so accommodating and just on top of everything! Hands down the most BEAUTIFUL hotel I have ever stayed at, and we all sure needed a weekend away and it was perfect in every way! We will for sure make that a frequent weekend getaway!

This hotel concept is very well thought out. The room is very spacious. Very nice staff. It is a great centralized location to all activities. The pool area was a hit for our kids. The pool is very big and good for both adults and children. For only being open for 3 weeks they were doing great.

Wow! Wow! The hotel is absolutely beautiful! The views were amazing!!! The rooftop was so gorgeous and the made to order omelette and other breakfast items was so good!! Our room was beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. Awesome amenities ! The staff were so friendly and helpful. Truly, the most perfect place to stay!
