Embassy Suites by Hilton Pigeon Forge Resort

The facilities were beautiful and amazing. Room was very nice, bed very comfortable. The food was delicious and the ambience on the top floor was very nice with fire pits to sit and relax by. The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 star rating was because of housekeeping. They came in the first day and restocked our bath linens. After that, for the next four days, we never saw them. Ran out of bath linens, coffee and toilet paper. Had to go to front desk to ask for these necessities. One person on our floor put a huge pile of dirty linens outside their door. Another put their overflowing trash cans outside their door. Our cans were overflowing as well. I would definitely stay here again but I would make sure to request housekeeping daily. Not to clean or change sheets. I never expected that. But to leave clean bath linens and check trash cans and toilet paper.

The hotel was excellent in every way. All of the staff were very nice and helpful. The location, the view, the 7th floor bar and restaurant, the breakfast, the evening reception all were very nice. We have been blessed to travel to several places over the past several years and this was as pleasant and enjoyable as anywhere that we have been. We have been coming to Pigeon Forge for about 40 years and we always thought it needed more nice hotels and now they do. Also, we stayed on the 6th floor for 7 nights and we had NO problem of noise from the 7th floor.

I stayed at this new embassy suites for a quick getaway with the grandchildren. It’s a quick drive over to Dollywood. It is by far the prettiest view in the area. The indoor pool was a win for the grandchildren. This property offers lawn games and also indoor games. there were several outdoor fire pits with great views. The top floor offers food and drink, both in the morning and in the evening. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Our room was clean and had plenty of room for everyone.

⭐ 1-Star Review Hilton Diamond Member Review – Embassy Suites by Hilton Pigeon Forge Resort As a long-time Hilton Diamond Member, I’ve stayed at dozens of Hilton properties across the country, and unfortunately, this was one of the most disappointing experiences I’ve had. From October 11–13, I stayed in Room 609, directly below the restaurant — and the noise was nonstop. Chairs scraping, footsteps, and loud conversations continued day and night. It honestly felt like we were living on the set of a reality show instead of enjoying a relaxing getaway. On top of that, parking was nearly impossible. Despite paying a resort fee, we had to circle repeatedly to find a spot (if one even existed). For a property marketed as a “resort,” this was incredibly frustrating. And speaking of that — the resort fee is a joke. There was nothing about this stay that justified it, especially with the constant disruption and lack of parking. Hilton properties are usually known for quality and consistency, but this experience missed the mark completely. For the price and brand reputation, I expected far better. I truly hope management takes guest feedback seriously, because right now, this property does not live up to the Hilton name.

We had been waiting for this hotel to open and after staying here for a week —-This is now my Favorite hotel in Pigeon Forge!! This place has an “upscale feel” and a very clean & open layout. Our studio King room was the perfect size with large bathroom, den area and very comfy bed too. We enjoyed playing pool, foosball and the outdoor lawn games daily too! The free breakfast was on the 7th floor with great mountain views that we enjoyed as well. I will say it was hard on some days to get a table and this hotel seems to have more family/kids staying here even tho there were no games going on at the baseball fields this week. The staff was friendly from checkin to checkout and always ready to help with anything needed. The location was an extra bonus because you away from the city traffic — but close enough to all the major attractions. I will be planning my next trip back here soon :)
