Hotels with Breakfast in Pigeon Forge

Great stay in a beautiful location. The staff was extra friendly, attentive & helpful. Despite the closed amenities due to COVID we still had a wonderful time.

The pool was freezing but our room wasn't. A/c unit was broken. Told the front desk and they said they would put a ticket in for it. Over all good place to stay just off the strip and very close to the island.

When we first arrived to check in they were not nice and told us trip.com canceled our booking. I could hear her in the back talking to her manager about the fact we were locals and they didn't want to rent to us. I knew from the begining they were lying about trip.com canceling us. Once I contacted trip.com they called the hotel and told them they did not cancel. Trip.com was wonderful in helping. As for the rest of the hotel it was perfect.

My wife and kids enjoyed our stay at the Holiday Inn and Suites Pigeon Forge. The Facilities were very clean and modern. I noticed the pillows and bed felt comfortable and we all slept well. It is in a great location if you have kids being around a lot of things to do. The hotel itself also seemed very kid friendly. We would stay again!

My husband was bitten by something during the night, so we are now going to have to take a trip to the ER because it is not getting any better.. Also, the pool area was closed but this was not advertised on the website.

Hotel was older but clean. Convenient to Gatlinburg, and the Smoky Mountain parkway. The room had everything you needed mini fridge, small coffee maker, hairdryer. A elevator to the second and third floors. But it wasn’t convenient to both ends of the large outdoor entrances. The beds were comfortable. The room had a flat screen tv but the remote controls didn’t work. We tried to call the front desk, but the phone didn’t work either. When we went to the front desk to tell them, they said they didn’t know the rooms had phones. They gave us a new remote that also didn’t work. There was only 1 washcloth and towel in the room, but they gave us more when we went to the front desk. The air conditioning worked well. The pool was open but not heated as advertised.

Great place nice grab and go breakfast even during pandemic. Only thing missing was hot tub but had a lovely stay.

General service

The first room we stayed in was filthy, but I'm about positive that it was just a mix up because, once i called downstairs and talked to the front desk, she immediately moved us to a clean room and kept apologizing. Thank you DAYS INN WYNDHAM PIGEON FORGE!
