Abbiamo soggiornato per 5 giorni dopo ferragosto, in questo piccolo hotel appena fuori dalle mura di Pienza. Atmosfera davvero famigliare e rilassante, camera spaziosa, colazione in giardino dolce/salato molto buona, WiFi più che soddisfacente, pulizia, ordine e graziosa piscina disponibile per combattere la calura agostana (a noi hanno fornito anche i teli). Parcheggio interno comodo ed incluso nel prezzo. Gentilezza ed estrema disponibilità del proprietario pronto ad esaudire le nostre richieste. Ottima base per escursioni in val d'Orcia, nel raggio di mezz'ora si raggiungono Montichiello, Castiglione d'Orcia, Montepulciano, San Quirico d'Orcia, Bagno Vignoni e Montalcino, oltre ovviamente Pienza in due minuti a piedi. Sicuramente da consigliare e ritornarci.

3rd time I've stayed here. That sums up my view perfectly. As always Luca (the host) was the consummate professional. The room spacious. The breakfast simply sumptuous with home made pastries as well. You can't fault the location either, as the hotel is 200 meters from the Centro Storico. Look forward to re-visiting for a 4th time !

Una location splendida a due passi da Pienza. Cura, professionalità, gentilezza, cortesia e disponibilità contraddistinguono i gestori che ti fanno sentire a casa. Ottima colazione ben fornita e curata. Cena deliziosa. Il tutto in una location intima e rilassante. Park interno !!! Consigliatissimo senza indugi.

Excellent hotel, professionally run on a low key basis. Perfect position for a 2-3 minute stroll into the charming centre of Pienza . Spotlessly clean, great rooms and a fridge. Continental Breakfast was excellent too. Lovely clean pool and immaculately kept grounds. Would highly recommend.

This ideally located Hotel in the centre of town was perfect for our requirements. he service provided by Lucca (and his staff) was exceptional. It even included Lucca blow drying our bikes with an industrial leaf blower after we had washed them. His attention to detail and assistance in finding us somewhere to eat dinner (his family's restaurant) was much appreciated. he is friendly and warm welcome was welcomed after we had just finished the second day of the Tuscany Trail. The room I was allocated was sizeable and sun filled and most importantly clean and comfortable. The breakfast was enjoyable with a wide variety of choices to suit all tastes and although I didn't use it the pool looked inviting. Would most definitely recommend this hotel and will most definitely return when I am next in Pienza.

Ho trascorso una settimana in questo piccolo hotel a gestione familiare. La posizione ottima, a pochi passi dal centro, lo rendono ideale anche per esplorare la zona. A disposizione degli ospiti il parcheggio, una spa ( nel periodo del mio soggiorno chiusa), il Wi-Fi ed una piscina ( volendo vengono forniti anche i teli).La colazione è varia (salato e dolce) e viene servita nel “soggiorno “ oppure nel terrazzino. Si tratta di una villa d’epoca e non dispone di ascensore. Il titolare Luca, gentilissimo, è presente fino alle 8 di sera. L’hotel non dispone di ristorante, ma a pochi passi ne trovate diversi, tra cui la Buca delle Fate (ristorante di famiglia). La camera comoda, dotata di aria condizionata. Se devo fare un appunto negativo riguarda solo l’illuminazione della stanza e soprattutto del bagno (che forse necessita anche di un piccolo ammodernamento). Il mio soggiorno è stato comunque molto piacevole ed è sicuramente un posto che consiglio.

Excellent hotel, good beds and bathroom. Breakfast was excellent. Highly recommend this hotel! Close to everything in Pienza. Try Tuscany Photo Tours for a great guide to the area. Rooms were large.

Do not book at this hotel. Made reservations in advance at this hotel and received confirmation. Upon arrival, was told no rooms available - even though owner acknowledged receipt of the booking. On top of that - completely rude and did not even try to help find other accommodations. Was in the area for a wedding. Same thing happened with two other couples (family members). I travel extensively throughout the world and this was undoubtably my worse experience at a hotel.

Best hotel of our trip, biking across Tuscany., well set up to handle bike storage and charging. Room was large and bright, with a seating area and a nice bathroom. The associated restaurant did a good half-board meal and breakfast was OK.
