1.早餐是隔夜的，我晚上在冰箱裏發現的，第二天原封不動擺上桌了。
2.窗邊就是鐘樓，半個小時一響，根本沒法睡，房間旁邊還有個電話座機，跟鐘樓倒班的響。
3.衞生間是公用的，不在房間裏，扭曲八歪的幾個台階，半夜去方便差點沒摔倒。
4.説話不算數:説好的給個帶浴缸的房間，牙膏、梳子。到店後統統不兑現，還讓我自己掏錢他給我買。
5.到處都是潮蟲子。
6.找我單獨收清潔費？並且沒有打掃過房間。這家是騙子。

Excepcional, excelente
Excelente localização, na rua principal de Pienza, dentro da parte histórica. Carlos nos recebeu pessoalmente, com muita atenção, explicou tudo sobre o quarto, deu opções de escolha de quartos. O local está em reforma, mas não atrapalhou em nada nossa estadia. Reformas são sempre bem vindas, e demonstra o apego do proprietário ao negócio. Cama excelente, travesseiros e lençóis ótimos, proporcionando uma boa noite de sono. O local tem um terraço, no último andar do prédio. Vista espetacular, de tirar o fôlego. Enfim, uma hospedagem praticamente familiar, com um proprietário atencioso, dedicado ao seu negócio. Prefiro hospedagens assim às grandes redes.

Centralissimo B&B a Pienza in uno stabile del ‘400.
Camere grandi con caratteristiche storiche ( soffitto in legno e pavimento in cotto fiorentino) spaziose e arredate con gusto.

オーナーが親切で、安心して泊まれます。外扉、中扉、部屋の鍵、と３つ預かるため、いつでも好きな時に出掛けられて便利。早朝から散歩に行くのでこれは良かった。部屋は広く、かわいい部屋だった。屋上からの景色が素晴らしい。晴れていれば一日中いても良いくらい。
