We had a great stay here. We first got free upgrade to the family room. The staff were friendly and helpful. What I was really grateful about was that I left Phuket for Krabi in a hurry so I forgot my envelop with cash in it (28k Balt). I called the hotel hoping someone could have found and kept it for me. But to be honest I didn’t have high hope as 28k Balt is a lot of money to the locals. To my great surprise they found it in the safe, and my power bank. A special thanks to the manager, Nancy! Thank you all so much!

On arrival, I insisted on inspecting the room first. I've learned these days to always do that before I pay. There is no lift, so we walked up the stairs to be greeted by wafts of **** smoke smells. That sets the scene for this place. The rooms are nice and clean and pretty spacious. They all have amazing sea views. The problem is, there are no non smoking areas. There's cigarette and **** smoking everywhere. You literally can't sit by the pool after lunchtime without getting stoned! And I hate the smell of ******** and we don't smoke so we really did not come to the right place. In the morning, the debris from the parties of the downstairs rooms are all over the grass. Empty bottles, chip packets, cigarette butts, all around the sun loungers down by the pool. We were shocked that the hotel staff had not cleaned it up prior to 9am and us getting to the pool. They say they have a 24/7 service desk but we got stuck in Charong at some expats house, no taxi service availabe, uber didn't work, so we tried calling the hotel for an hour (9:15pm - 10pm) to see if they could organise a taxi for us, but they don't answer the phone. When we finally got back, there's a guy doing accounts or something on the front desk and I asked him why they don't answer the phone. He told me they don't answer it at night. The breakfast buffet is budget. The bacon is kept with the chef so you can't help yourself. The sausages look like floor sweepings (and one bite told me that's the case). There's barely a smile from any of the staff. Really terrible experience. If you're just after a room that's central and clean,and you can smoke **** and cigarettes all you like, but you don't care for the rest of the experience, then this is the place for you. The only other bonus was that there's no kids so the pool while stinky of smoke, is at least quiet.

Tastefully designed hotel. Spacious room. It would have been better if the different blocks were connected by sheltered walkways. Breakfast was delicious with limited options, but the pool was beautiful and large. Staff were generally friendly. Do note that there are several cats within the hotel. This resort is also very popular among Chinese tourists.

We enjoyed the hotel and the location. The room was big and had a sea view, comfortable beds, everything what we needed was there, big balcony and was calm and piece full, you could enjoy sleeping at night and any part of the day.
Breakfast was variable and had many things to offer, you could choose western and Asian things.
The only moment for me was that the cleaning was made a bit late, we stayed in the sea until 12 and then wanted to take a rest in the room, but it was not done yet, so had to talk to the reception to make sure our room is ready before 12.
For the rest I enjoyed a lot and will come again.
The area is suitable for couples and kids, no crazy parties around, everything is civil and clean.

Nice fresh hotel. Unpretentious breakfasts. The rooms are clean, if you need to clean, put the sign by the door in the ”Cleaning” position. If you need at least some views towards the sea in Patong, then take rooms with sea/city views and from the 4th floor and above. On the 6th floor (roof) there is a small bar and a swimming pool, a gym in the area of 15 sq.m. It’s not clear who uses them at all. Only if during vacation over 14 days, and that’s not a fact. This is considered the 4th line, to the night market where there is a sea of street food about 800m. Near the hotel there is a 7/11 store, a laundry, simple cafes, and exchange offices. We ate mainly at the market or closer to 2-3 lines. The hotel is not for families with children or the elderly. If you have pain in your legs, this is not for you either. I don’t understand people who deliberately choose this hotel and write reviews that it is on a mountain and is constantly going uphill. It’s difficult to please you in everyday life, too. Either physical education or you take a bike and everything is fine. Transparent toilet shower, it’s even cool 👍 there is a curtain. If you eat MJ together, what have you not seen from each other 😂 that could confuse you. There is air conditioning and it blows normally. The balcony is small, there is no separate dryer, there is simply nowhere to put it on the balcony, since the places are occupied by chairs and a table. If you didn’t like it, then most likely you don’t know how to choose a hotel for yourself and someone chose it for you without telling you the nuances.

It's just average. The price is not expensive and the cost performance is not particularly high. The location is awkward. It's far from everywhere. You must take a taxi or tuk-tuk to get to Patong Beach. It's about 15 to 20 minutes' walk to the night market. However, the boss is Chinese, and so is the receptionist. It's the only one among several hotels in Phuket where we can communicate without barriers, which is rare. The breakfast is edible and about the level of domestic express hotels. There is only one elevator, which is a little small. It's still okay if you go out alone, after all, you can speak Mandarin without barriers.

It’s was a nice holiday place There was a mix up in the room, it looked Luxurious different on the website And when we got the it was a cheap motel room The we heavily complained And refusing to accept the room because the website was so different They eventually gave the room we paid for because I had pictures on my phone They couldn’t argue So they gave us the proper room 😊 And we ended up enjoying our holiday

If you are looking for a place to sleep and keep your things safely, this is the best and cheap place. There’s a small but nice swimming pool as well. Its a great location. Rental bike, atm, 7/11, laundry etc., are at walkable distance. This hotel is not located in an area with scenery. We went as couple and its very safe there.

We arrived in the hotel in the evening.
Some negative things happened
The room has water leaking issue from the fridge,
The bed is made of veneer wood, so the broken corner is extremely sharp. I got cut in the room in the first 15 mins after entered the room, my foot was bleeding a lot. I called the hotel for the issue, they sent a first aid staff, and other staff to help. They changed another room for me, and also compensated me some hotel credit and 2 massages.
The hotel has nice breakfast daily, the roof top bar is gorgeous to go. Room view is stunning. But the details are not taken care, such as bathroom has mold in the edge, and some humid insects moth, and the toilet seat has no slow down closing function. The balcony door would make noise if it is a windy night, when the wind snap the glass door, it will create quite noisy sound at night. In our room, the drain somehow was stuck, and shower water came out, since the first night, but we after complain they have fixed the issue. Also the room and bathroom lighting is too romantic(dark). i think if they could be much more bright would be better. Restaurant staffs, front desk staffs are very nice.

This is my third time staying in this hotel and definitely wont be the last because i love everything about this Resort.
To start with i appreciate their exceptional customer service from the reception, concierge, the baggage team, the cleaners they are all amazing. The team is always willing to listen when you have any concerns and they will do anything to ensure they help or sort any issues you may have.
My experience is always great with daily cleaning service n big thank you to Farsai(supa)who made sure our room was clean on daily basis last week and this week.
For the above i will always share or recommend to my friends/family to pick Graceland resort always.

GGuest UserThis is the second time I stayed in this hotel. Compared with the first time, the service, hardware and breakfast were discounted a lot.
1. Our family of five stayed, two adults and three children (one 12 years old and two 9 years old) booked two rooms with direct access to the swimming pool. We checked in at 8 o'clock in the evening. As soon as we entered the room and were still packing our luggage, the front desk called and said that they would charge for an extra bed. I contacted Ctrip customer service, and they replied that they could not do anything. We compromised and paid 300 baht a day for an extra bed, but they did not actually give us an extra bed.
2. Speaking of breakfast, we stayed for 7 days and it was the same every day. One day, the two children were not feeling well, so I asked the waiter to help pack two breakfasts, but the service said no. After explaining for a long time, I finally took two boiled eggs and two waffles. Our fee clearly includes breakfast, so why do I have to say good things to them just to pack a bag? Let's take a look at the breakfast pictures.
3. The hotel's swimming pool is really old. The three children have to soak in the water for a while almost every day, and the feet of the two children are scratched to varying degrees. The temperature of the shower water in the bathroom is very difficult to adjust. It takes several minutes every time. It is so hot.
4. I went to the front desk to get mineral water. There was a foreigner in front of me. The waiter gave me two bottles directly. When it was my turn to get it, the waiter asked me my room number first. What kind of difference is this?

Hotel's staff was very polite and professional throughout the stay. Even the housekeeping staff bumped into at the coridors were very warm with thier greetings.
The ”Deluxe King Room City View” room was really good; spacious, clean washroom, nice facilities and amenities in the room along with a good selection of TV channels and YouTube on the TV as well.
Hotel has a great ”infinity kind” swimming pool on the 2nd floor which is nice.
The breakfast buffet was bare minimum but alright for a hotel standard buffet. (would not recommend if not included in the room)
Laundry at the hotel is $70 bhat rather than $50 bhat from outside. (takes a day for your clothes to be ready)
All in all, a very good stay as its a just a straight walk towards Bangla Street and plenty of food, massage options along the hotel. The street to go towards the beach also is nearby the hotel (across) and parking is easy (if driving).

GGuest UserI am a frequent traveller to Phuket and when I visited this time I needed to book a family room for 5 of us (2 adults, 2 young children and nan) and stayed here for 11 nights.. I needed something that was within my budget within walking distance of Patong beach (about 10 minutes for my pace) and somewhere near to the markets/ shopping centre. The Andakira is about 5 minute walk away from Junceylon shopping centre but was closed when I visited (Big C was open though). I have Thai family members and the Banzaan Market is also a 5 minute walk away and catered to them for the price and street food. Nan has mobility issues so was great for her to be near the market. The family suite/ room comprises of 2 rooms with a divider door. I found both rooms to be of a large size. Both have TVs and fridges. The bigger room has a sofa and table. The bigger room was used as the main socialising room and for eating etc. The bigger room has an en suite bathroom but has a bath. The en suite is located on the left when you enter. It has a sliding type frosting window that faces into the main room so if you have any guests you are staying with they may be able to see in (just for consideration of who takes what room). The smaller room has an ensuite bathroom with standing shower. I had a decent sleep and the air con worked great. The rooms were clean and staff cleaned them each day. The view from the balcony was of the hotels/ homes nearby and Patong Hill. My room was located on the first floor which is the same level as the swimming pool. There is a kids sized small pool and also the bigger pool. I found the staff pleasant and helpful. There is parking available at the hotel for cars/ motorcycles. I have previously stayed in hotels on 200 year road near to Bangla Road due to being near the beach I would recommend this hotel and when I return to Phuket I intend to stay here again.

The nature phuket was such a beautiful hotel. I booked deluxe room for 3 nights. Amazing mountain and sea view. Room. Was so spacious. The sliding doors was a impressive idea. Balcony so big and me and my girl had a good time over there. Walking distance to kalim beach. Staff so friendly, especially NUT from front desk. Unfortunately I have to check out 2 days earlier, due to leg fracture at island hopping. Missed the pool side experience. Strongly recommended. Best hotel for relaxing and have fun.

MMorgan S.Good value for money, the management is very kind and helpful. It has a nice pool and the rooms are clean and functional. The location is good to move on foot both for the beautiful coves with sand and rocks with clear water and excellent for snorkeling, as well as having nearby shops, restaurants and street food.
I recommend it to those looking for a simple place but at the same time comfortable and informal. We were pleased with the choice and if I should reappear the opportunity, we will definitely return to this property.

GGuest UserSince we are a Club Mahindra member, so we chose this hotel in Phuket. Went with my wife and my daughter (18 Yrs). The property over all is very good and away from the busy areas. Some of the precise observations listed below. Hope this helps in making the decision Pros: 1. Smooth Check-in 2. Very clean and tidy property 3. Spacious Room (1 Bedroom Suite) 4. Comfortable bed & pillows 5. Couple of Indian restaurants just outside the hotel 6. Good Indian food 7. Very nice pool 8. Helpful staff Cons: 1. No 7/11 around. The nearest is about a km and a half and the taxi will charge 40 bahts too and fro. So, plan your purchases accordingly when you go there. 2. Little inside the main road. Difficult to walk the beach seems very far away due to the heat as there's no private beach. 3. Not much to do in the area where it's located. Patong beach is 20 minutes away which isn't much but commuting will cost some money 4. Electricity sockets are in a bad condition and not at the right places. Please check the sockets of the room before you are allocated the room 5. No kitchnette inside the room Special mention: 1. Harish Bahuguna, the Indian chef cooks a great food. He cooked a very nice fish masala and lentil (Dal) for us. It was precisely as per the instructions 2. Vacilli at the travel desk. Very helpful and cooperative. One has to negotiate but I definitely give full marks to his sales skills Overall, if you like a quite area then go for this. I am rating it very good due to the pros that I have mentioned above.

FFahriyahWe got a free upgrade!! Super nice view with balcony. The beautiful beautiful beach view. The location was perfect. Not too busy and noisy. Big 7-11 store nearby the hotel. Park your bike opposite the hotel. It's safe! We parked there for a week.
Staff was super nice and friendly. The room has an old smell but it's clean. We brought our room spray. So it's all good. The bed was nice and room was super cosy. We definitely will come again to this hotel..!
