Frankly, I was fascinated by this place at first view. And I fell in love with the Naiharn almost instantly. The attitude of every single guy was respect with friendliness radiating a sense of warm welcome through the genuine smile. They spoke fluent English, which made communication very easy. In addition, the hotel itself was a paradise from the design and placing of every facility to tiny touches that illuminated my stay. Everything was exquisite and perfect. Everything was somehow specially designed and fashionable even to the tiniest cushion on the sofa athesat starry lights overhead. The reflections with three burning flames on cold nights truly amazed me. As I sat on the sofa drinking a freshly made lemon soda and listened to the music flowing waves. I felt as if I was in a fantasy. What an enjoyment it was to lie back in the crystal clear water stare at the white tips of the rolling waves and feel the cool sea breeze. Afterwards I simply began sipping a cup of Fresh lemonade, took a Free towel and lay on the chairs beside the pool. Indeed, what fascinated me most was yet the breathtaking sea view that could be seen everywhere. No matter I was in my room, in COSMO by the pool, or even walking along the passageway, significant beauty of the adaman sea and Naiharn beach would always flow out before my eyes. To the left was the smooth and silky beach with comfortable benches, to the right the sea turned gradually from a shade of crystal green to light blue and turned into a deep and vivid luminous extending into the horizon. Flights below my eyes, the waves splashed and crashed onto the rocky surface awaiting the sand below, which turned the water into a sandy color. In the distance, the mountains rose above the sea and a remote island floated alone on the blue surface of the sea. Such scenery is another major reason why I have fallen deeply in love with Naiharn. The hotel offers Free towns and benches on the beach, which makes this a highly comfortable. The lifeguards were highly responsible for monitoring the waves at every moment and ensuring the safety of all tourists. A final point i'd like to make is the quality of food. Even when I randomly picked three dishes at COSMO, they relieved my taste buds, not to mention the fresh sea bass and other seafood. The breakfast was truly wonderful, especially the cool room with salad cheese, tropical food and so on. The dishes are nutritious and well balanced, providing a variety of magical experiences. All in all the Naiharn not only feel like a hotel, but also my other home in Phuket island which I would like to visit every year.

Hotel is a 10 minute drive to old town Service and room were very nice, and the hilltop cafe which serves Starbucks coffee had a real nice view with a cool breeze At check in you will download an app that enables you to call buggy, room service, etc etc. you will require a buggy where ever you go as the hotel is located on a mountain and the hotel area is very steep

The hotel is forbidden to enter, which gives me a sense of security when traveling alone. The staff are very enthusiastic, they will say hello when they meet, and any problems will be solved immediately. Regarding hygiene, since it is an old resort, the bedding is very clean and comfortable. In terms of hotel facilities, the hotel has two large swimming pools. In addition, the hotel's greening and other activity facilities are also very good. However, after all, it opened early and the facilities are somewhat aging. Regarding water quality, it is recommended that you bring a filtered showerhead. The water quality in Thailand is really poor. The hotel is located right next to Karon Beach, just across the road from the back door. There are street lights on the street, it is spacious and bright, and it is safe to travel at night. There are messages and restaurants nearby, making entertainment and dining very convenient. I highly recommend this hotel!

This is an amazing hotel with top facilities and service. It’s not far from the busy Patong beach region. I want to come back there again! The hotel is clean and comfortable with wonderful large swimming pools and a great gym! The private hotel beach is absolutely amazing and calm, situated between some kind of half-peninsulas, so that the beach is kind of private for the hotel guests. The hotel personal is so friendly and all speak English. The hotel is absolutely worth the money!

The cleanliness of both the hotel and the pool area was good, making for a very comfortable stay. The staff were friendly and always ready to help with any questions or requests I had. The breakfast offered a great variety of options. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a pleasant and relaxing getaway. I will definitely be returning!

Booked two separate rooms and the rooms were good. One had access to the pool which was really convenient to head out and swim. The hotel amenities were amazing, there was a 3 storey gym and the swimming pool is great as well. The only setback was that there were mosquitos entering the room. Despite the location, there were a lot of guests staying at this hotel and I guess it is because the facilities and location are suitable jf you are looking to relax and de stress. You could see stars at night as well as there aren’t a lot of light pollution around that area. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

The hotel is very nice. Good breakfasts, nice rooms, interesting pool with nice area for rest, aqua fitness, happy hours at the pool bar, free bicycle for 2 hours every day, beach bag and sleeppers in the room. Some minor issues: no lift to the family suite rooms (building block #5), BBQ buffet dinner on Saturday is not very interesting and well packed, bicycles are old and in not very good condition.

Hotel is right on the beach in Karon (only hotel which offers this I believe) so the location is perfect for those who want beach access. Nothing else in the nearby area though, apart from a beach restaurant called Daengs - very reasonably priced food and drinks here; you will visit this place plenty rather than eating and drinking in the hotel. Compared to what you get outside, the hotels prices are high and you’d be foolish to eat all the time in the hotel with so many great food options in Karon, Patong and Kata. Karon town centre is about a 15-20 min walk along the beach - you have to cross a river on the beach so be prepared to get wet feet. Otherwise the walk into town is on a busy road with no walkway, so be prepared to use Bolt (this is best for Phuket NOT Grab) or a taxi to get anywhere from this hotel unless you walk along the beach. Our room was huge - Premium Room - and we had a huge wraparound balcony. However the balcony seemed like a bit of a waste of space (the “lounge” area was outside) - personally I think if it’s going to be designed as a suite with a lounge area, that should be inside the room not on the balcony as it was a waste of space. I’d probably only book this room category if I liked sitting outside all the time - a standard balcony with more space inside would’ve worked better. Having said that, the buildings and the grounds are IMMACULATE and BEAUTIFUL and you really do feel like you are staying in a paradise resort. The pool areas are great, there is a lazy river, slides and a cliff you can jump off - it’s a lot of fun for water babies! The only downside (other than no 7-11 or no other restaurants nearby) is that there are a LOT OF STAIRS to tackle here at the resort. There seem to be only 2 x elevators which will take you from the ground floor up to the bedrooms - and they are situated at either end of all the blocks. We stayed in block 4 and it was a 15 min trek back to the room from the pool. Or you walk up 72 stairs…yes, 72 stairs, to get to your block. Not advisable for elderly or infirm people. If there were more elevators (and clearly marked step free access) then this would make the resort a lot better.

Very lovely warm welcoming staff they can’t do enough for you. Pool area was smaller than anticipated from the videos and pictures we’d seen but it was at full capacity and still had sunbeds available and the canoes become available throughout the day.

Fantastic location in the heart of Rawai. Staff were very professional, friendly, polite & helpful with very good English. Rooms were very new & nice and beds large and very comfortable. Lovely strong showers. Only thing I couldn’t understand is why they had the Television screen not facing the bed? Plenty of good parking spaces & a decent enough gym. Very comfortable and pleasant stay; thank you.
