Phuket Mueang Phuket 3-star Hotels

The hotel is after renovation, clean, breakfasts are tasty, but not very varied: soup, rice with vegetables or noodles with vegetables, fried eggs, omelet, cucumbers, tomatoes, cereal, sausages, ham, pineapple, watermelon. The only minus is no coffee machine, just instant coffee. But it broke, maybe they will fix it sooner or later. The room is ordinary, closer to retro. We were satisfied with everything, except for the fact that there was overbooking and we were accommodated on Kata beach in a 4 * hotel for 4 days. They provided a transfer there and back. We did not notice the difference between 4 * and 3 *, breakfasts are even better in Rattana, but to the sea in 4 * you had to walk 20 minutes and this is a lot compared to 5 minutes from Rattana. In general, I recommend the hotel, I would stay again.

Highly recommended! We felt completely at home here. We stayed in a one-bedroom and it was quite spacious and had a very large bathroom with a wet and dry area. Hot water was readily available. There was daily cleaning. The room came with basic amenities including 4 towels, soap, shampoo, bathmat, coffee, cups, TV, clothes hanger. There was also a balcony but since there were a lot of mosquitoes, we rarely used it. There was also a microwave in the pantry area that was very useful. The room was very clean. The staff were very friendly and helpful. There were lots of restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. Breakfast was available everyday (coffee, milo, bread, margarine and jam). There is also a pool and lots of places to lounge. We really loved the place but just some points for feedback: The sink area in the pantry had a lot of mosquitoes, probably could use some fogging. Maybe butter can be served instead of margarine during breakfast as a healthier option. The rooms could be provided with door signs so that guests can indicate if they want their rooms to be cleaned or not. It would also be very helpful if the rooms could come with a chair which can be used for work. We look forward to staying here again!

I like the staff, the location. There are 2 beaches nearby Kata and Karon. Administrators were friendly, always smiling. They speak English well. I didn't have problems with communication

My parents were so happy staying at this hotel. They wanted to explore other location apart from Patong beach and this hotel is so good in terms of both location-wise and price. :)

I had a fantastic stay at Arch39! From the moment I arrived, the staff was incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help. Their hospitality truly made my experience special. The rooms were spotless, modern, and very comfortable. The hotel facilities were well-maintained, and everything was designed for a relaxing stay. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety of options. The location in Chalong was okay—great if you’re exploring the area or visiting nearby attractions. While it’s not right by the beach, transportation is easy to arrange. Overall, I highly recommend Arch39! Excellent service, clean and cozy rooms, and a great atmosphere. I would definitely stay here again!

Although the age of the resort shows in some areas, overall it was nice. My one complaint is that they are so cheap with certain things… they don’t give even one minute early check in or late check-out and are super stingy with toiletries. You have to reach into the shower to use the wall mounted shower gel as hand soap and they never replenish the shower caps, etc that they do provide.  I’m all for saving the environment, but even 2 star hotels have toothbrushes or lotion upon request. Nothing here. It’s a pity… what would’ve cost them a few cents really changes the way you feel about forking over the money to stay here.

Pretty good room. Clean, comfortable, massage downstairs pretty good value. Nearby burgers are good too. Phuket old town so a lot more wholesome than some of the beach areas. Cheap, close to ducky cuts for haircuts.

Overall is good, walking distance to Phuket Old Town. However, this hotel doesn’t have lift, so if you bring big luggage, you will need to carry yourself. And also, the pool is at the front of the hotel near the reception area.

The hotel is nice, very cute and cozy. The location is great cause it’s just a few minutes walk from old town and a lot of nice restaurants. The only thing that ****** was the WiFi, and not getting someone to clean the room. But overall really nice.
