Phuket Kathu 4-star Hotels

Overall it was good. Just that location wise might be a huge deal breaker and inaccessible to most areas due to it being ona steep upslope

Location is very good, 5-7mins walk down to patong beach. 7/11 across the road with lots of restaurants and massage places around, but still not loud from the bang la road noise. Breakfast could have been better, rooms are spacious but felt a little basic. Bathroom lights dim. Staff are good

All the staffing was super kind and very accommodating. Very central location in phuket 30min to old town, 20min to Patong Beach, kata etc. Great stay for the family if you're staying for a long visit. Feels very like an apartment condo. Would have been nice to get a microwave in the room with some dishes bowls and spoons. For the price can't complain. The view of patong was beautiful and a great way to immerse yourself in the culture.

The room was good—clean, comfortable, and nicely maintained. The service was also good, with staff being friendly and responsive. The surrounding environment was pleasant, and the hotel is very close to the beach, which was a big plus. There’s a night market and a shopping mall about 1 km away, making it convenient for food and shopping. The only downside was that room cleaning was a bit slow. Overall, a nice place to stay with a great location.

Location is great. Walking to Walking Street is about 15-20 min. The vicinity has plenty F&B. If you are Muslim, then there are a lot of Halal restaurants. It is walking distance to Patong Beach too. Traffic in Patong is bad so make sure you cater time to go to places. The hotel does not provide tooth brush so remember to bring!

I booked my stay for 4 days. Initial 2 days of my stay was horrible as aircon was not working. and finally on 3rd day they changed my room with just apology note. Is this kind of joke . 4 start hotel don't check aircon first before allocating.

I highly recommend this hotel. The location of that hotel is perfect, you can go to the beach for 5-7 minutes by foot, enough choice of cafes near the hotel, also you can go to the big shopping center for 30 minutes. That hotel territory is beautiful and clean everywhere. Beautiful trees and blooming flowers are inside and birds sing songs, butterflies fly and we even could see a squirrel on palm trees. Food is good, it’s not so big choice of dishes for European people but it’s enough for breakfast, you always find fried eggs, scrambled eggs ,fruit and vegetables and good coffee from coffee machine, tea and water . Also always croissants and waffles or pancakes. They have enough choice of Asian cuisine. I want to express my graduate to the hotel staff, especially Aun, Nong and Bua . These girls are always helped to us and gave us a good advice to visit another wonderful beach . We did it by taxi and we enjoyed it. The rooms are specious and clean . Each room has balcony and comfortable chairs with small table there. Cleaning was good and every day . You don’t need to worry about shampoo,shower gel, teeth brush and toothpaste , vanity kit , they will be in your bathroom. This hotel also has a beautiful swimming pool. If you have questions ask me and I will try to answer.

The room is clean and decent, outside the room is direct access to the pool. The breakfast area is beside the pool but the sun can be quite strong and felt hot while having breakfast(9am). Breakfast is simple with a bowl of porridge with some small chicken chunks mixed with sesame oil and sprinkle of pepper. Can’t expect much since breakfast is only around S$4/- per pax. There is not much amenities. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful. Also gave tons of information on where to dine,shop, walk. Overall it is good and decent for a night stay.

We had a great stayed at your hotel and would like to thank to all crew members from Novotel Vintage, everything is perfect, love the cooling lobby, everyone is wearing a smile to welcome us, we feel so warm just like back home. Front desk lady named Front is really helpful, lady at lounge named Palm made me nice Margarita too, I really appreciate the house keeping who arranged the day bed for my kid, and I'm so thrilled with the birthday decoration and lovely cake,,it truly made my day after my whole day island hopping, many thanks to all of u, we will definitely be back again for our next trip. Good things Breakfast was good. A lot of options for European travelers. Cheese, smoked salmon, cold cuts,bread Service ok. Stuff friendly as everywhere in Thailand. Cons I booked swimming pool access room. It was moldy. Smell bad.. I asked to change to another room. Smell was even worst. After rotating us few times they moved us to to the original room.Lost time and energy. You can not drink or eat things from outside on the swimming pool.. Stuff coming to check all the time Creatonh problems for coca cola even. I paid for the room.. Why you force me to order from your restaurant..
