Had the double room, and it served its purpose . Beds were made every day if you put the room service tag outside the door . And then they make the Beds and change the towels . No sweeping or cleaning of shower. The hotel cleanliness was good . Breakfast was basic . Toast /egg/chicken sausage and jams./coffee /tea... the rest was Thai . Since I'm not a brekkie person, it was okay . The swimming area is lovely. Get towels from reception. Bike Hire just outside the gitel . Friendly oke .

Location close to halal restaurant Mashaa. Wak 2 mins only. Walk 5 mins to Apoona Roti for breakfast. Old town phuket all within walking distance for tourist to take photos.. I forgot to bring my adaptor, but the receptionist lent me one. So nice of her. Spacious n clean room. Recommended

This was my return visit to this hostel, and I must say I was dissppointed. Last time, on another platform, I gave it an 8/10 rating, but now I think I was too generous. Besides smiling, but not good English-speaking staff (and smile doesnt always solve problems like an informed action), and affordable price, it was hard to find all those benefits I thought this hostel had. Hot water dispenser wasnt working, but even cold drinking water wasnt accessible - i had to ask the staff 3 times for somebody to refill the machine. But the next morning empty again - there should be a system in place and not counting on guests for chasing down staff to fix it whenever the water tank is empty. I say chasing as there is rarely someone at the reception. They might be cleaning the rooms (good luck in finding them), but frankly rooms werent that clean. Floors were praying for mopping, dust in the bathroom fan wanted to leave too... there was even a clearly visible stain on my bed sheet upon checking in, but the staff replaced the sheet immediately (they could have spotted it when they were making the bed the first time maybe? Locker was not working, so the member of the staff had to use knife to make it work. The other storage place was also full of some crumble, i assume it is not on the cleaning list too often. AC in the room didnt seem to work properly. There was always a feeling of the temperature being too cold, whether the tehermostat was fixed at 18 or 25 degrees Celsius, you were freezing even undet the blanket. Privacy curtains are still transparent (?), and the doors of the room close loudly. Shower was more of a drizzle - the water pressure did not meet basic requirements. In the first shower, it wasnt even warm. I entered the second one, where the heater was working better, but you could not shower with water practically just dripping on you. All in all, there are other similarly priced hostels in Phuket that offer a better service.

Great location within walking distance to all attractions in old town Phuket. The breakfast has very few choices, yet it’s still delicious. Coffee serve at breakfast need improvement

Hotel is newly renovated but some of the items inside the room is quite old like the bed frame. Luckily I am just an average weight. Location is perfect for those who just want to walk around and explore the area. There’s a lot of restaurants & cafe nearby but my most favourite is the nearby spa. The service is good, especially at the restaurant and those who tidy up the rooms. The only downside is the check-in process which takes super long. Early check-in is impossible. Arrived 10minutes earlier and declined for check-in because the room is not ready. I tried to check-in again around 14:06 and was declined again. Luckily my thai friend is there to help me talk with the reception and viola they have the available room for me instantly. As for the amenities there’s an outdoor swimming pool and I am sure they can still improve the cleanliness of it. They offer free coffee and tea but there’s no kettle/water heater available in the room. Lucky for me I don’t take hot drinks so it’s fine. But overall my stay is good.

So glad we upgraded to include the breakfast buffet option because the food provided was really good. Plenty of halal options as well. The rooms were clean and well maintained. For this price you cant get any better.

Had an amazing stay here! 10/10 for safety—reception area is only until 12 am but it automatically locks from the inside and the only people can enter are the guests. Location wise, walking distance from phuket old town and other cafes and restos. Grab is our ultimate best friend. And to our surprise, public jeepney transport going to patong beach is just parked right outside the hotel. Downside, hmm the matres maybe? A bit hard. And there’s a balcony which kinda useless since the view is the roof of your neighbour.

For the price the hotel is okay. Location is perfect for the Sunday food market which is why I booked the hotel. It’s a five minute walk to the food market on a Sunday.. I would say for the cheap price this hotel is okay but the bed is hard and comfortable. The bathroom is Old needs updating. It has a big fridge but there is no locker in the room. Customer services is good. They are helpful but do think the hotel needs updating.

Close to everything. A little old but well maintained hotel. Had very nice stay. Enjoyed the gym facilities and sauna. Free Phuket town shuttle bus at the door every 10 minutes. Good view of the city on the top floor for having complimentary breakfast. Very book this hotel again.

This hotel was an inconvenient stay. There was an inventory list in the room stating that guests would be fined if any items were lost or damaged. However, those items were not present in the room, and even when I requested them at the front desk, they were not provided. For example, these items included a kettle, coffee cups, spoons, and a hairdryer. It was troublesome that I couldn’t have a warm cup of tea or coffee. There is no convenience store nearby. Another issue was the bed. Although I requested a double bed, it was simply two single beds pushed together. Every time I turned over, my back would hit the seam between the beds, which was painful. This hotel needs to improve its services.
