Really well put together boutique hotel in the heart of the old town, very comfortable with good attention to detail. Not too close to the busy streets so not noisy at all. Bed and shower to high standard. Staff very nice and helpful.

The hotel is located on a very quiet street, no outside noise from the street bothered us. The room is very spacious and clean, the bathroom is very comfortable and there is a good pressure of hot water. The location itself is very convenient, 5-7 minutes walk to bars and restaurants, there is a massage parlor and bike rental nearby

When we arrived and checked in the reception staff was not very welcoming, not helpful and kind of rude. After checking in, we asked where is the nearest 7 Eleven and he lied that there in none close by, “very far away”’ so another guest helped us instead it was 7 minutes walk.
The kitchen and bars sometimes charged more than what’s written on their menu such us drink for 90baht for 110baht. When asked why, we were told surcharge for hotel patrons.
After that we hardly interacted with the restaurant bar or reception staff. The room service staff are very kind and nice most of the time.
The floor are dirty all the times not mopped from day1-7, we cannot walked barefoot in the room too dirty. All linen and other facilities are provided all the time. Shower screen is not covering enough therefore after every shower water splashes everywhere. Lift 🛗 can be dangerous, always press the button before entering because it almost injures my hand 🤨. There should be a warning for patron for preventing anyone getting injures by the lift!

The hotel itself is quite good, but the location is not so good. If you have a motorbike or car you are in a good position, otherwise it is about 2 km to the centre and the Weekend Night Market. I would be happy to come back.

The place was clean and peaceful, and the location is nice! Overall, my stay was good, but I wouldn’t recommend getting the breakfast package. There were only two options for breakfast, and it was served in a set style that included water and orange juice. Also breakfast is not that great,If you wanted coffee, you had to pay extra!
I originally booked breakfast for both my boyfriend and me, but due to some circumstances, I had to travel alone. When I asked if I could exchange my extra breakfast ticket for coffee since I was by myself, they said no. It's a bit disappointing that there was no extra hospitality in this situation. I ended up skipping one set, which was sad.and paid for coffee!

I can’t say enough great things about my stay at Craft Resort & Villas in Phuket Town. From the moment I arrived, I felt welcomed and taken care of. The staff were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always went out of their way to ensure my trip was perfect.
The villas themselves are stunning—modern, spacious, and thoughtfully designed with all the comforts you could want. The bed was one of the most comfortable I’ve ever slept on, and the little details, like the quality linens and nightly turndown service, really made a difference. The private pool in my villa was an absolute highlight—clean, serene, and the perfect spot to relax after a day of exploring.
Speaking of relaxation, the resort’s main pool is gorgeous, with plenty of sun loungers and lush greenery surrounding it. It felt like a hidden oasis. The on-site restaurant served some of the best Thai food I’ve ever had—authentic flavors, fresh ingredients, and beautifully presented dishes. Their breakfast spread was equally impressive, with everything from local specialties to international favorites.
Location-wise, it’s perfect for anyone who wants to experience the charm of Phuket Town. It’s close enough to explore the local markets, street art, and vibrant café scene but tucked away just enough to feel peaceful and private.

We came here during the low season, so it rained a lot during our stay; nonetheless we still had an incredible time in this beautiful seaside resort. The compound is built on the cliffs, so the area is full of steep hills, but the hotel has buggy drivers to take guests around, and it is a lot of fun riding it. There are 3 swimming pools, we swam in them all and loved the experience. The gym was fully equipped and overlooks the water, making for a great workout. There are several restaurants, and we went to the one that served a traditional Thai tasting menu. The room service experience was less stellar, they forgot our order and after waiting 45 minutes, I had to ring and follow up, and they said they were only starting to prepare the food, which took about an hour and half in the end of waiting time. The portions were also small for the price, so we were still hungry after. One thing to note is that it takes about an hour to get to the airport, so time your commute accordingly if you have a flight to catch.

It welcomes family too, so it has children in the pool.
We arrived in the hotel in the evening.
Some negative things happened
The room has water leaking issue from the fridge,
The bed is made of veneer wood, so the broken corner is extremely sharp. I got cut in the room in the first 15 mins after entered the room, my foot was bleeding a lot. I called the hotel for the issue, they sent a first aid staff, and other staff to help. They changed another room for me, and also compensated me some hotel credit and 2 massages.
The hotel has nice breakfast daily, the roof top bar is gorgeous to go. Room view is stunning. But the details are not taken care, such as bathroom has mold in the edge, and some humid insects moth, and the toilet seat has no slow down closing function. The balcony door would make noise if it is a windy night, when the wind snap the glass door, it will create quite noisy sound at night. In our room, the drain somehow was stuck, and shower water came out, since the first night, but we after complain they have fixed the issue. Also the room and bathroom lighting is too romantic(dark). i think if they could be much more bright would be better. Restaurant staffs, front desk staffs are very nice.

SSophieInchinaWe have just finished a 5 night stay here. I was so impressed with how well kept the grounds were. All the staff were so attentive, friendly and helpful. From the ocean beach club staff members, to the other restaurants.
I like the idea of the little bus into the resort and not allowing other vehicles to enter, this makes it much quieter and safer. However it is a little tricky to collect deliveries, especially if you have children.
All the food we ate from breakfast, to lunch at the cafe karon, Andaman lounge & ocean beach club was very tasty, perfect portions and reasonably priced. I liked the allergens were all noted clearly on every menu, very detailed as my daughter has a dairy allergy so this was so helpful. The service at breakfast was wonderful, I travelled alone with my young daughter and “Punch” looked after us each morning, ensuring my coffee was non dairy milk. She even said to take some cereal and banana for the long journey for my baby. Very kind and considerate service thank you.
The bell boys were so helpful and efficient with the luggage even helping with the stroller. “Mea” and “Yos” particularly stood out with their polite and helpful service.
A couple of things to mention which can be improved.. the entrance to the Kids club has stepping stones so almost impossible to navigate with a stroller which was hard. And there isn’t a ramp so I either had to carry it down the stairs or leave it at the top in the sunshine. A ramp would be so much easier to help parents with younger children. The toilets next door to the kids club don’t have a baby changing table, the one near the pool does but would be helpful for those to have it too.
I absolutely loved the deluxe room we stayed in, it was perfect, I couldn’t fault it. The inside was the room was very safe for young children, the furniture wasn’t sharp or dangerous. The smart tv was great but would be even better to add Netflix as an app! The housekeeping staff were great, I don’t know if it was a coincidence but we were never disturbed by them and then after breakfast our room would already be cleaned, it was great timing and they were considerate of the makeshift bed guards I made and made it even safer for my daughter. One thing to note the balcony is not safe at all for young children as there are 2 huge gaps either side, so I couldn’t let my daughter even step out onto the balcony. I think this should be improved in every room otherwise a terrible accident could happen.
My daughter loved the kids club. I think maybe the kids club could be more interactive and that would bring more children to engage with the activities. The facilities, toys and staff are great but I don’t think the activities maybe are marketed right. We enjoyed the movie night twice whilst we were there but it was hard to find and we were the only ones there haha. I think maybe more activities in the evening would be great too even something so simple like a mini disco where kids can go to dance and listen to music.
Overall, I think the staff go above and beyond at this resort. I think they must have a really great management team as they all seem happy and friendly and attentive but not over the top or invasive. I look forward to seeing the finished renovations and visiting again in the future.

NNeil NicholasFrom the front desk, cleaning staffs and restaurant servers all did their best and made me and my wife feeling comfortable as we spent our wedding anniversary weekend there.
Location is very good with beach right in front, many souvenir shops, massage shop, drinking places and restaurants to try.
Room is a bit dated but it is big enough and clean for our stay. Breakfast options is good enough, from Thai, Chinese, Indian and Western to eat. Servers there were all helpful and cooks kept replenishing them dishes.
Pool were so full most times too, when in the room you can sometimes hear our neighbours if they moan loudly or closes the room doors.
Overall it is good place to stay and great for families.

GGuest UserRoom is ok and breakfast is nice with wide variety, but my partner reported that there are many fruit flies at the fruit area. Hotel location is walking distance to Bangla Road (if you are not lazy with a bit of walking), otherwise need to pay 200 baht for Tuktuk to Bangla Road.

The nature phuket was such a beautiful hotel. I booked deluxe room for 3 nights. Amazing mountain and sea view. Room. Was so spacious. The sliding doors was a impressive idea. Balcony so big and me and my girl had a good time over there. Walking distance to kalim beach. Staff so friendly, especially NUT from front desk. Unfortunately I have to check out 2 days earlier, due to leg fracture at island hopping. Missed the pool side experience. Strongly recommended. Best hotel for relaxing and have fun.

IIsa_mlAmazing Hostel and really nice people. I love the beds and the door is a slide door so its not so loud. Its really clean. For 50bath you can wash your clothings. The breakfast is simple but good.
They also have free water.

FFahriyahWe got a free upgrade!! Super nice view with balcony. The beautiful beautiful beach view. The location was perfect. Not too busy and noisy. Big 7-11 store nearby the hotel. Park your bike opposite the hotel. It's safe! We parked there for a week.
Staff was super nice and friendly. The room has an old smell but it's clean. We brought our room spray. So it's all good. The bed was nice and room was super cosy. We definitely will come again to this hotel..!

FFroyWhen I checked in, the hotel said they have not received the payment for my stay and wanted me to pay again (I already paid full amount on Trip.com), the staff weren't helpful at all and said I need to talk to Trip.com instead, even though I showed my receipt and my receipt from my bank.
The staff that was checking me in was not taking accountability at all. I was very happy to be helped by Trip.com by Clarissa who called and spoke to the hotel on my behalf, and once that's done, I got the refund from the hotel.
They should do better but thanks Trip.com for their customer service. I have not yet receive the refund from my bank even when the hotel said they would...so we will see.
