The two-bedroom apartment is ideal for families with children. Overall, it was a good stay. It's very convenient for reaching the beach and dining options, with shuttle boat services and paid tuk-tuks available. Upon check-in, a front desk staff member in a blue uniform initially assigned us a room at the very end of the secondary building. Although we had booked a lake view, the room's location meant we could hear motorcycles from the road and a noisy flock of birds in the garden downstairs. My booking notes were completely disregarded. I immediately called the front desk to request a room change, and a very kind and helpful staff member in a pink uniform then led us to a central room in the main building. The view from there was excellent; we could see both the lake and the distant sea right from our bed, and it was also very quiet. Many thanks to that lovely girl! Overall, it would have been a perfect stay if not for that minor hiccup during check-in.

Clean room, very good breakfast, modern gym. Situated in a nice quiet area in Phuket, yet conveniently located near restaurants, pubs and supermarkets. Hotel provides a complimentary shuttle service to Boat Avenue where the restaurants and pubs are, but u can also walk there as it's less than 10 min away by foot. Hotel also provides a free 2-way shuttle service to the beach. I stayed there during the low season so the price was a third of what it is during the high season. Would definitely stay again.

This resort has a beautiful pool area, and the front desk staff are friendly and helpful. It has decent facilities but they are in need of maintenance and repair. We were there during the wet season and the ceiling in the restaurant leaked in several places, soaking the chairs. They placed towels on the floor at the entrance to wipe off your feet every morning but didn’t change them all day, so they were usually waterlogged and filthy. There is a movie theatre for the kids, which is lovely, but the screen is a white tarpaulin which is too reflective, making it hard to watch. Breakfast is okay, but the bread is often stale, the fruit was not very fresh, and the coffee in the urn was just instant coffee. You can order proper coffee (cappuccino, espresso, etc) from the ice cream shop next to the restaurant area, and we discovered upon checkout that they didn’t charge us for this, but included it in the breakfast, which was great! But because they don’t advertise this, and because the ice cream shop appears closed until 10:00, most guests suffer through with instant coffee, not knowing there are other options. There are several bar areas where you should be able to order snacks and drinks and exchange towels, but they were never staffed, and it was hard to find anyone to help. There was an incident one night with an electrical fire at 3 AM and the staff who cleaned up the mess in front of our rooms did so with loud shouting conversations for over an hour, while pushing water loudly across the floor with shovels. The next morning, instead of offering an apology, the manager greeted us by asking when we were leaving, which seemed an odd and unprofessional way to initiate a conversation about guest satisfaction. The rooms smelled musty and dank, and housekeeping didn’t regularly clean the rooms and change towels, unless we specifically asked them to. They usually came to check the rooms in the evening when we were already getting into bed. The beach is beautiful but it is across the road and reaching it requires walking through an unattractive garbage-strewn field. There are lifeguards and they did a good job marking safe areas to swim, but the beach is not ideal for young children as there is a strong undertow. The kids loved the slides and the pool and overall we had a good stay, but unless this hotel receives some upgrading and better maintenance, we would not stay here again.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a comfortable experience, but the hospitality needs work. The check-in process felt too quick and lacked a personal touch; a warm greeting or welcome drink would have been nice, especially since we checked into multiple rooms. While the staff were polite, a more engaging atmosphere during check-in would really enhance the guest experience. The rooms were well-maintained, but I believe focusing on hospitality could take this hotel to the next level. Looking forward to seeing improvements on our next visit!

We stayed for 8 nights. The room was clean but there was no hot water in the bathroom. I went to the reception twice and told them. But the water heater was broken. The bed was very comfortable. The cafeteria upstairs is very convenient and they do a great job. The food was great.

Clean and okay place. Nothing fancy though. Location is good. Has many stores and restaurants around. Rooms are clean but walls very thin, I could hear my neighbour snoring every night during my stay. Bathroom had a terrible smell think it was coming from the pipes. Had to keep the bathroom door closed. I booked the place also thinking the beach is a walking distance away, but actually not. But you can still get a scooter or a cab. Breakfast was terrible I had it once and I couldn’t go back again. The place has nothing to offer besides the pool, other than that there’s nothing to do within the facility. Unfortunately I wouldn’t recommend the place to anyone.

Before you book this hotel, please be informed that this place is far from everything else. I specifically chose this as I wanted a quiet holiday and indeed it was very quiet. Hardly see any other guests while I was away. Felt like I booked the entire hotel as the whole staff could attend to you almost immediately. The room was huge, complete with a bathtub and a his and hers sink. Breakfast was ok, nothing fancy. My last day there was my birthday and they were so nice to surprise me with a cake! They also have shuttle bus to a few locations nearby so that’s a great add-on! The staff were friendly and approachable. I love the pool. There were 3 different pools so if you love swimming at hotel pools, you’ll have a good time! They have massage spa also and it was really good and affordable!

The hotel was exceptionally hospitable—after we initially called them for directions and still couldn’t find our way, they proactively called us back within five minutes to assist. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed by the friendly staff, who offered us a refreshing, ice-cold local fruit juice. Although we arrived before the official check-in time, the team kindly accommodated an early check-in so we could rest. To our surprise, they even upgraded us to a stunning room that was incredibly spacious, filled with natural sunlight, spotlessly clean—there wasn’t a speck of dust—and featured thoughtful touches like a double sink for him and her. The hotel is brand new, immaculately clean, and carries a fresh, pleasant scent throughout. It’s a perfect getaway. When I return to Phuket, this will undoubtedly be my top choice.

Came here to stay for the EDC Thailand Festival and the experience I had at the hotel was excellent. Although checking in at the front desk takes a little long, they served us complimentary drinks and cold towels. They also offered to store my luggages since I came there before check-in time. Everyone who assisted me throughout my stay gave outstanding service. The only hiccup was when they cleaned out my table at the breakfast bar while I was picking up some water. My plate and cup were still filled and my personal item was there. They offered a late checkout to make up for it. Room service was also quick and they were very accommodating. The view I had from my room was amazing. It’s from Building A. I had a balcony. The smart tv was nice and the room was big and luxurious. And had a big vanity. Perfect for getting ready for EDC. The glass windows for the bathroom was a nice touch. Will definitely recommend this to anyone coming to Phuket.
