Good value for money. It looks like a luxury hotel with your own pool access, quiet atmosphere and good cleaning service every day. Lady at the reception Kwang is amazing! Helped me to rent a bike and many other things. There are some nice restaurants next to hotel. I enjoyed my stay

We stayed at Homa as the first part of our 3 location 2 week holiday in Thailand. It was an excellent way to start our holiday at the end of a long-haul flight. The hotel is modern, fresh, ideally located and with excellent facilities. The staff were fantastic, extremely courteous and polite and always willing to help. The reception staff were great and a special thank you to Alice, she was awesome providing advice on tourist locations and restaurants to visit. The room (Studio Cool XL) was perfect, roomy, modern with everything needed. The gym facilities were great for cardio and weights and there are even daily gym classes covering a variety of options from Thai boxing, to stretching to weights with the gym instructors being enthusiastic and fun (A special shout out to Ang/Hang for his enthusiastic all over weights session). The roof top pool and sun lounging area was really special, amazing views and lots of room to relax and swim. Although the location is a little out of the main town, there are endless local restaurants nearby providing really great street food at 'local' thai prices, far more enjoyable than being ripped off in the centre of town. There's also a local night market walkable from the hotel. The hotel also offers FREE town bikes for guests to use, this provided a great opportunity to get around the area and see the full character of Phuket Old Town from the seat of a bike rather than a taxi or bus. Highly recommend to make use of the bikes. Overall we loved our stay at Homa, we were made to feel so welcome and the hotel staff and facilities were perfect.

Hotel in the center of Phuket Town, clean room, not far from the historic district and close to the bus station. Nothing to say except that if you want to have a little breakfast in the morning, it doesn't open before 10.30am for early risers you will have to go to 7/11, 1min30 walk away.

The room is beautiful and very clean. There is a balcony and a separate bathroom area. There are inexpensive drinks for sale, each one is a baht or two more than the market price. The staff provides good service. The parking lot is okay. However, the entrance looks a bit scary for people traveling alone like us (in the evening). The air conditioning is not very cool. I give it 8.5/10.

We stayed at the hotel for 5 days and really enjoyed the time spent there. The room is very spacious and bright, freshly renovated, has a comfortable bed, good water pressure. The hotel itself is 10 minutes drive from the Old Town, the most convenient way is to rent a bike to move around the locations The manager and the hotel staff were very friendly, helpful and polite. We can recommend this place for your comfortable trip.

Excellent hotel. We stayed in a Grand Deluxe room. The room has a full kitchen, with a refrigerator and electric stove. There is a swimming pool and a gym.

Upon arrival, I was immediately impressed by the exceptionally helpful staff. They were knowledgeable and could answer all my questions. The cleanliness was outstanding, which I really appreciated. They also have a swimming pool, which I enjoyed using. The water was incredibly clean, and it seemed like they cleaned it constantly after each use. The pool area itself was well-maintained and beautiful. I genuinely recommend this place; it's absolutely fantastic. I would definitely come back and book a stay here again if I have the opportunity. Highly, highly recommended!

Located in a small street. Quiet and empty street at night. This accommodation is opened for monthly rental too. The staff is nice. The room is clean. Ok place if you have a car or motorbike

Check-in was smooth and simple — road outside the hotel is not congested and easy to return too as well. Cleanliness of hotel is good and housekeeping is friendly. Bottles of water are provided daily and room service is prompt with ironing board and iron request. Room is spacious and bed is comfortable, but not much table-top spaces to use (we got the honeymoon suite). Central air conditioning was also a problem in the day because the heat from outside makes the room really hot so the room was quite warm. Other than that, the bathtub, shower and toilet were all good. We were also unable to get any form of cutleries past 11pm as the restaurant was closed. Ultimately, still good value given its location and price point.
