Booked for 2 nights. The location is no doubt, very strategic, near to 7-Eleven, pharmacy, mall, massage and spa, night market etc. The room not really big. Ok for 2 adults.
The problem is, they only provide 1 keycard and the keycard for activating electric in the room. If you go out separately with you roommate, it would be a problem to you. If you sleepy, but your friend didn't arrive yet then you have to wait. When I asked the staff for extra keycard, the staff said it is a standard that all hotel in Phuket only provide 1 keycard. It's such b*llshit* excuse. Nonsense!
Secondly, their floor trap clogged! You only open the shower for about 10 seconds and the water won't flow into the floor trap anymore. Does it a standard all hotel in phuket have clogged floor trap also?
The aircond not really cold even after switch on almost 1 hour, need to call the staff then the aircond will work. Does it a standard that all hotel in Phuket has this kind of problem?

The hotel is situated in a good location at Patong and near to Bangla walking street and Patong Beach.
Room is big enough and there's daily cleaning. The breakfast spread is also good.
Only minor setback is lack of parking for cars and not enough TV channels.

Good hotel, with a good location. Delicious breakfasts, friendly staff, very clean rooms, 5+ cleaning. The only thing is that there is little space for storing things, take with you all sorts of gadgets to hang things - folding hangers, hooks on the door, you can stretch a rope on the balcony to dry things. On the roof there is a cool pool with a gorgeous view of Patong.

We lived on the 7th floor, the windows overlooked the street, it was quite noisy, there was no balcony (no dryer for clothes). Their advantages are the location close to all the establishments of Patong
