The resort property is situated in a great location, and the room itself is decent. However, that’s where the positives end. The services are abysmal, and the staff is incredibly inflexible.
To start with, our check-in was scheduled for 5:30 p.m., despite our usual check-in time being 2 p.m. They didn’t even bother to inquire about our preference for a twin or double bed and promptly assigned us a twin bed. When we requested an immediate change, they informed us that they were fully booked and that we would have to wait an entire day to check into a different room. Additionally, I had to move my own baggage to my friend’s room at 7 a.m. the next morning.
When we expressed our dissatisfaction and asked for an upgrade as compensation for the inconvenience caused, they simply requested more money.
