Cons: The hotel is in a depressing condition - both the appearance and the condition/work of the plumbing, repairs were needed 10 years ago. It's a long way from the reception to the far rooms. Breakfasts are rather meager and monotonous, but generally normal. Not very good internet in the room. When checking in, there was sand on the floor in the room
Pros: Location near the sea, shops/massage/cafes nearby. Parking on site. Availability of umbrellas, beach bags and towels

Excellent location of the hotel.
The rooms overlooking the pool look decent.
There are some shortcomings in the repair, it is clear that some things require updating. But in general these are minor things.
The downside is that there are few sockets in the room, there are none at all near the beds. And it seemed that the floor was poorly washed.

Facilities: It is an older hotel. There is no dry and wet separation. You can take a bath in the bathtub. There is a balcony and you can see the hotel next door.
Sanitation: Good
Environment: The beach is just across the road. There is a snack street and two 711s nearby. The hotel is large and has many rooms. The way to the room is a bit roundabout.
Service: Good. There are beach bags and towels in the room. A deposit of 3,000 is required.
