The tea set was accidentally left in the room and was stolen by the waiter, who was unwilling to hand it over.
In addition, the bed sheets in the room smelled very bad, like the kind of stench that had been left for a long time without drying.
The staff seemed very lazy.

I got catch cold due to aircondition blowing straight onto my body.i was asking for hot water in shower from last three days but i got only called water .toiletries will be provided only if you will asked.finally i did earlier check out and booked another hotel for rest of my stay

The breakfast was very poor. There was no hot water from check-in to check-out. The front desk said the engineer was repairing it. It still can’t be fixed after repairing it for a day and a night? Or is there simply no one to repair it? The room facilities are old, worn and dilapidated. This is not Ramada at all, it's just a logo sold for nothing. Wyndham Group does not monitor its affiliated brand authorized hotels at all and only collects money.

This hotel has all the necessary facilities, but none of them are useful! It feels better than the comments in the comments section, but not much better. The service attitude is still very good, and they will help you deal with what needs to be dealt with, but it doesn't make much sense. There are only 2 sockets in the room, neither of which is at the bedside, and one of them is broken. We moved rooms once because the air conditioner was dripping and it was very noisy upstairs. I chose this hotel because I had stayed there twice before. And nothing foreshadowed my disappointment. The hotel is tired, the floor was not wiped even once in 4 days, there are no questions about the towels and the quality of the bed linen. The location is the best that can be in Karon. Breakfast is a separate pain, I have not seen worse anywhere, cold scrambled eggs, watermelon and papaya from fruits, well, you can't keep the variety - make 3 breakfasts to choose from and offer them hot.
