The room was large, but smelled like it was newly renovated. The breakfast was very poor, nothing special. The location was remote, far from any of Phuket's bustling areas. This was a serious disappointment. The check-in lobby was shabby, completely out of place for the price. The staff were perfunctory, with a look of "whether you want to stay or not." For this price, the Banyan Tree we just stayed at was a hundred times better.

If you are afraid of noise and want to go to the beach, I sincerely advise you not to choose this hotel. This hotel is full of Chinese and Korean people, and it is very noisy. Apart from this, the service is quite good and the attitude is very good.

The two-bedroom villa I stayed in had a clean room and swimming pool. I mainly complained about the air conditioner in the bedroom. It was very noisy. I didn't fall asleep at all on the first night.
