The hotel is next to Le Meridien. GRAB can't be located, but BOLT is OK. There is nothing to complain about this price in this season. The hotel has three swimming pools, and the one next to the restaurant can directly see the sea.
Mai Khao Beach is very large, and the waves are also very big. It is suitable for walking. It is a bit dangerous to go into the sea. There are some restaurants next to the beach, and almost no one eats in the off-season.
The shortcomings of the hotel are obvious. The location is really a bit remote. There is only a small supermarket at the entrance of the hotel, where you can buy the most basic items. If you need other things or eat, you have to call a car to go out, which is not very convenient.
The bathroom has no exhaust, the air conditioner is very noisy, and the room is very humid.
The hotel service is very warm and smiling.

The hotel is quite far from the main road. If you don't have a car, I don't recommend staying here. There aren't many restaurants in the area. The service on the day of check-in was quite bad. There were no receptionists sitting in front of the Front Office. The gardener had to go in and get them out. Most importantly, the welcome drink glasses that had been drunk were all over the front desk and not picked up. Next was the elevator. It was in a very scary old condition. The pause button and the screen weren't clear. I didn't know if it worked or was broken. In short, I didn't dare use it. I had to walk up the stairs to my room on the 4th floor. The room was clean and tidy.

We have the best time staying at Estella Mikhao.
Everyone in the hotel was very helpful, accomodating, and respectful. Breakfast was great, the hotel itself is clean and well-maintained especially the pool. Service has exceeded our expectations. Will surely stay here again when there is another chance in the future.
The location is good especially if you have plan to visit Pa Nga Bay (Samet Nangshe) as it would only take around 20 mins to go there. If you are looking for that live and city vibe, this may not be the place for you as it is far from Phuket town and nearby beaches such as Karon, Pathong, and the likes.
Overall, this place is 100% highly recommended.
Plan your trip well and include this hotel in your bookings.
