這是我第二次入住布吉島..此酒店！特別介紹給朋友...酒店的地址好....酒店的花園游泳池美！結果第一天入住睡一晚！房間有味道..臭味‘房間’又小房！非常不開心！
入住時第一時間己告訴櫃檯不要1樓。
到第二天早上才給我們換上..3樓房間！才是我們訂購的房及價值。
早餐非常好..有中西食物。（很好吃芝士）水果很好
出乎我想想！以前酒店早餐衹有麵包‘咖啡。’

Checked in around 8 pm. Met a staff who did not welcome guests. Checked in as if they were not happy. If you are tired, you should go rest, not come to work. Speak with a face like you are not happy. The red pillows in the room smell very bad. Some rooms have weak water flow. Small bathroom. There are almost no amenities in the room. Breakfast is not varied. Some things seem to be reheated from old food. I understand that we may not have done it before going. Most of the guests are Arabs. They do not eat breakfast. The staff told me like this. But the restaurant staff are lovely. We asked them to make fried rice, and they did. The location is considered good. It is near tourist attractions. You can walk to it.

It's conveniently located near the main Bangla Road, making it easy to get to both Jungceylon and Big C. It's also close to the night market and nearby convenience stores and restaurants, which is nice. It's a bit noisy in the evenings due to the sound of firecrackers, but it's okay. It's a great value for a relaxing getaway with friends.

Great location, our 2nd stay there. We really like The Viridian but I need to say that the entertainment between Ryan & P was very unprofessional. Her screaming and yelling at Ryan was embarrassing. We've never experienced anything like this before.
I don't really quite know what to say other than if they want guests to go elsewhere, they're going the right way about it.
