Great hotel, good location. High service, convenient application. Customer support operators are always in touch and ready to solve problems. Special thanks to the manager - Irina for solving issues with food (the half board we bought from the aggregator had restrictions). I really liked the hotel, polite staff, we will definitely come back. I definitely recommend visiting the seafood buffet (a couple of times a week for 1250 baht per person, but it's worth it). Have a good mood everyone!

Loved staying at this resort. Staffs were kind, and the view is just amazing. This place made me feel like I wanna cancel the tour in Phuket and just stay there. However, this place definitely needs to improve their food quality. I was willing to pay for expensive food at the resort because it’s a resort, but I don’t want it if it leads to quality and hygiene issues such as birds. Food is the only reason I had to get out of this place in the end.

This hotel is right on the beach which is great if you’re looking for a beach vacation. Be aware that you’re unlikely to be allowed to swim during the rainy season. There were red flags throughout the duration of our vacation, even when the sea seemed relatively calm. The room was very clean and cold. The staff were all very kind, warm, and welcoming. There were a couple of minor issues we had with our stay. Our room was pretty far away from the pool, beach, and restaurants, which isn’t too much of a problem but it does get annoying. Also there’s no shower door in the bathroom so a lot of the bathroom ends up getting wet. There were also flies in the restaurant where breakfast was which was a little off-putting.

We had a wonderful stay at Sai Laguna! The beach view was stunning, and we truly enjoyed the pool and the excellent service from the staff. It was a relaxing and memorable family vacation. We also loved the delicious food and the beautiful scenery—Thailand’s beaches did not disappoint!

The hotel is really big and humid. I changed 2 room types and encountered a problem. The bed sheets were really dirty... The hygiene was worrying. I stayed in the sea view room and the lake view room... I have the habit of bringing disposable bedding, but fortunately I did. Otherwise, I would not be able to sleep in the middle of the night. I waited 2 hours to check in.
