Quite clean and service are excellent. The resort is big and requires some walking.
Car parking easy. The only thing is the morning breakfast buffet which I expected more variety of food.

We came to Saii Laguna Phuket for a family celebration and the experience was absolutely astonishing! We got an ocean view room with a fantastic view of the sea with different shades of blue colors, seeing the sunset and the sunrise from the balcony was just beautiful. Room was very neat and cozy, extremely clean even after we used to come back from the beach and leaving sand all over the place. Hotel staff is very friendly, kind and proactive always focus on providing a world class quality service. Special mention to Helena, Nokky, Mintang, Rum, Mod and Tanya… these great people made our stay even better surpassing any expectation we had. I strongly recommend this hotel, I have been in many hotels across the world and this indeed became one of my top 3 out of my favorite 10. This is an ideal place to have a relaxing and strategic family vacation. Book it and you wont regret it! Thanks a lot for making such a pleasant stay for us. Cheers!

Probably my favorite hotel in Phuket! We are not coming for the first time! We took the "club" option, where they give additional snacks at lunch and also an evening cocktail drinsk with snacks. Cool beach, cool new clean rooms, we are delighted!
