We were genuinely impressed when we arrived at the resort. It has a luxurious and elegant vibe, yet remains reasonably priced. The rooms were exceptionally clean and spacious—perfect for a family of four. The resort features three pools: one large main pool with scenic forest views for all guests, and two quieter, adults-only pools. The breakfast buffet was excellent, offering just the right variety with fresh, high-quality ingredients. While it’s located a bit outside the main town, after spending one night in the Patong chaos, the peaceful setting quickly became one of our favorite aspects. We’d gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

The location was great .. 8 min to patong beach .. karon beach is close too.
The staff was friendly and warm
The reception staff sometimes were not as friendly
I asked for plastic bags and they said we dont give them for free . Its for 150 baht ..

Facilities: The equipment is a bit old, but it has been carefully cleaned. There are water stains on the bathtub, and there are no disposable toothbrushes or other supplies in it.
Hygiene: It is normal to have mosquitoes in Phuket. There was a small gecko on the bed when I stayed there on the second day. I caught it and released it. I went out at noon every day and cleaned it when I came back at night.
Environment: The hotel is located halfway up the mountain. There are three swimming pools, which are very photogenic. There is an observation deck where you can enjoy the sunrise and sunset. There are also two restaurants on the rooftop that are among the top 100 in the world. Massages and other things are all available. The waiter is very enthusiastic and was taken care of throughout the whole process. In terms of language, you still need to know a little English, because the front desk also knows a little Chinese.
Disadvantages: The mini bar is not free, and the room rate is a bit inhumane. Fortunately, there is a 711 within a five-minute walk. The hotel is not close to the places to play, and you need to take a taxi.

I come here every year and stay here every year. It is almost impeccable. The service is good and enthusiastic. Obviously, there are more front desk staff who can speak simple Chinese this year, which makes communication smoother. The breakfast is as good as before, and the room service keeps up.
