The staff changed twice. They said they would come to repair it the next day, but no one came, and no one cared about you. Second, service: you need to call a golf cart by yourself. There is no WeChat taxi service. They said you should wait for 5 minutes, but you have to wait for 15 minutes every time. The front desk English is not good. I asked her if there is a billiard room, but she didn't understand. In short, there is no service. Third: No one will pay attention to you after you check out. No one will take care of your luggage. I know that there are guests checking out. When I go out to get on the car, there is no one. I have to carry my luggage by myself. Fourth: The private beach of the hotel is beautiful when you look at it with your eyes. If you walk there yourself, it is full of garbage. Fifth: The breakfast is very stale. The milk is the kind that is about to be lost. The sauce of the chicken rice is crawling with ants. It is impossible to eat. I usually drink freshly squeezed in the hotel. There is no choice for breakfast in the hotel at this price. It is not fresh at all. It feels like all the leftovers, especially the rubbish breakfast. We booked a romantic dinner, but the weather was hot and the food was not properly stored, which made us all have mild gastroenteritis. There are only two restaurants in the hotel. Basically, we have many meals in the harbor restaurant. Their food is quite satisfactory. Western food is better than Thai food, but the attitude of the waiters is first-class. Basically, the service attitude of the hotel staff is very good! Because this trip is to celebrate the honeymoon and birthday, the hotel staff are very careful to decorate the room, and also sent cakes. I am really grateful! But it’s time to update the hardware equipment in the room, otherwise it’s not worth the price.
