We checked out on February 6th and left our luggage at the hotel. We left two pieces of clothing behind when we left. The hotel contacted us on the APP to confirm the missing clothes and asked us to leave our emails. Customer service will contact us later!
No one contacted me until February 18th. I called the hotel. It was difficult to communicate with the hotel staff due to their English pronunciation. I hope the hotel can contact us as soon as possible to arrange for the return of the clothes to China!
What is disappointing is that the hotel has never contacted us. I have stayed in this hotel 3 times. The environment is excellent, but the service this time is disappointing!
