Но есть проблема с влажностью и запахом сырости в номерах, отдать должное работникам отеля, на нашу жалобу откликнулись, заменили номер и поставили осушитель воздуха, особая благодарность русскоговорящему молодому с человеку с рецепшен- Денису !

В целом отель понравился, единственный минус был в том, что нужно было часто за что-то доплачивать. Отличный пляж, но все лежаки на нем платные, есть бесплатные сразу за пляжем на территории отеля. Выбор шведского стола на завтрак и ужин средний, голодным не останешься, но не "Турция". Чай и кофе были бесплатными, а вот вода нет. В субботу пришлось доплатить 300 бат за человека, потому что был вечер морепродуктов (один/два вида рыбы, крабы, креветки, мидии), ребёнок 7 лет бесплатно. И нужно постоять в очереди и утром и вечером. Интересные, чистые бассейны. Жили в номере на второй линии, по отзывам ждали худшего. Да всё не новое и странное расположение туалета, но в целом номер очень приятный. Были очень хорошие тапочки, халаты, чай, холодильник работал, пляжные сумки с полотенцами, туалетные принадлежности, постельное бельё чистое, хорошие подушки, большой балкон, кондиционер работал хорошо.

This is the hotel with the best service attitude and hotel professionalism among the three hotels I stayed in Phuket. All the service staff were very good, especially the front desk receptionist at the check-in lobby. I will stay at this hotel again next time.

Stayed here for the second time. I highly recommend staying in the sea view room in the Tani Building. As soon as you open the balcony door, you can see the lawn and the sea! The hotel service is very good. The only drawback is that there is no conditioner in the bathroom. Sisters with long hair should remember to bring their own.
